Eros is a Neonpunk Rollerblading Adrenaline Junkie who will risk her life to Feel the fullest essence of adrenaline and excitement.

She is 24 years old, and often appears as wearing black leather adornments with many glowing neon patches, aswell as bearing several scars all across her body that glow in the dark.

Eros lives in The Contract Play-by-Post, a setting where videos of the supernatural go viral every day.

You get one Movement and one Action on your turn every Round of Combat.

Movement

Movement is taken immediately before OR after your Action. It cannot be split.
You may Free Move (0) feet. Minimum 5 feet.
You may Dash up to an additional (0 feet).
- Dashing penalizes your Action -1 die per 5 feet.
All-out Sprint: instead of using free Movement or Dash, you may spend your Action and roll Brawn + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. You move (0 + (Outcome x 5) Feet).

Actions

Attack with your weapon or hands.
Evade by rolling to Defend or Dodge. Your Outcome is "spent" to reduce the Outcome of any incoming attacks until your next Action.
Activate a Power or use an Ability as normal.
Hold your Action by declaring an Action and a triggering event. If the event occurs before your turn on the next Round, you perform the Action.

If you have not yet spent your Action this Round, you may use it as a Reaction.

Reactions

Dodge by rolling Dexterity + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's.
Defend with your weapon by rolling its attack roll. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's. Availability depends on weapon match-up (tap/hover).
Clash with the attacker using the same roll you would use to Defend. The higher Outcome (not contested) is treated as the result of a successful, undefended attack roll against the loser.

Desperate Defense

If you have already used your Action, you may Exert your Mind to perform a Reaction. Your next Round's Action receives a -2 dice penalty. You cannot Clash as a Desperate Defense.

Will to Survive

Once per Contract, you may reduce the severity of an incoming Injury up to 4 Severity levels (to a minimum of Severity 4). You take a point of Mind damage and suffer a Major Battle Scar that lingers after the Injury is healed, even with proper Stabilization.

If an attack's Outcome is positive after defense, it results in a new Injury with Severity = Outcome + Weapon damage - Armor

Stabilization is the Injury's main treatment, and each Injury can only be successfully Stabilized once

Unstabilized Injuries worsen by 1 Severity level every half hour

Proper Stabilization

Requires an advanced first aid kit for Severity 4 Injuries, a field surgery kit for Severity 5 Injuries, and a surgery theater for Severity 6+ Injuries.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty equal to Severity

An Outcome of 1 or greater will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
Complete success (Outcome 4+) puts the Injury on track to heal clean: its Battle Scar heals with it.
Failed attempts can be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.
On a Botch, the Injury's Severity increases by 1.

Makeshift Stabilization

Attempt a major treatment using insufficient or improvised medical equipment.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty > Severity

(Difficulty based on materials and tactics used)

Any positive Outcome (1+) will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
However, any Outcome less than 4 increases the Injury’s Severity by 1. Botches also worsen its Battle Scar.
Regardless of Outcome, any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will persist after it is fully healed.
Failed attempts can be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Self-stabilization attempts are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

Lost Hand (Any Actions requiring the affected hand fail automatically. You are -1 to -3 dice on any rolls to perform Actions which require two hands, depending on the Action.)

Daredevil You have a penchant for taking wild, unnecessary risks, and somehow manage to survive them. You get +3 dice when attempting an action that is especially risky, and may ignore a single 1 on that roll.

Fragile You're emotionally fragile, and very likely to be mentally and emotionally scarred by your experiences. You have four Limits, instead of the usual three.

Forgetful Your mind is a sieve, and while you can recall broad strokes, committing anything more detailed to memory is quite difficult. You must roll Mind Difficulty 6 in order to remember any details (locations, names, address, where you left something that you set down, physical descriptions of things, bits of information you were told, etc…) If you fail the roll, you may Exert your mind to remember, but if you botch the roll, you are stuck.

Contortionist You are unusually flexible, and may squeeze through small spaces with ease. Reduce the Difficulty of any roll to escape a grapple or Dexterity roll involving flexibility by 2.

Biography

Shall we start with her awakening... or the beginning... THE BEGINNING IS BORING, its mostly just life as a child with abusive parents. Caused her to be more rebellious. She started getting really into rollerblading, and then she found out the sport, blah blah blah.

   The REAL meat and potatoes of this story is the day she got her powers. It was a cool summer night, Eros was 17 and trespassing on a trainyard, with her headphones on and absolutely hopped up on weed. She was none the wiser that the moment she stepped on that rail, the train in the distance would whistle, its headlight closing in, lighting up her entire body as....... everything slowed down around her, life flashing before her eyes, skin oddly burning with a searing pain-

   It felt like hours, that brief window of her life just barely about to slip away from her, but it wasn't a moment later that she suddenly found herself in the gravels beside the track, the blowing wind from the train speeding past her cutting into her. She was safe. She was fine. She was... glowing. literally. An X-Ray replica image of her bones seared themselves upon her skin, bright neon lights melting through the air, a steam-like substance emanating off of them, glowing that same bright neon... Fear came first, turning the colors orange, then dread, white, then anguish. The lights turned green as she tucked into herself and fell on her knees screaming, shes a freak a monster a mutant! She couldnt live like this- but why did it feel so... GOOD!?

   That was the start of it all. The past 6 years have been filled with not only experimenting but also building up a reputation in the daredevil community, naming herself the Neon Spirit. Turns out, her markings begin to glow at night, not emitting the neon steam, but they definitely glow, coordinated with her emotion. And while that traumatic event took place at 17, she looks back at her awakening fondly, from an outsider perspective... (because if she actually thinks deeply about, all those feelings and emotions come back, every ounce of crippling dread trickling down her soul...)
