Shortly after birth and a chemical tube kaltar would be subjected to experiments by the U.S. Army due to his numerous health problems and young age kaltar would ultimately be subjected for A Projected Called Rebirth where he received numerous amounts of drugs torture and a eventual Super Soldier Serum developed by A German doctor named Abraham Erskine The serum would greatly enhanced his frail baby body to the peak of human physicality and Erskine would surgically implant a Blood diamond and his chest giveing him the ability of transforming and manipulating his very own matter at will after a couple of trial runs and successful mission the project was deemed a success and all items and info use to make this super Soldier where hidden by a group called the Sentinel of Liberty, Kaltar after growing for a bit and being trained and every possible way to kill a man was sent on his first mission at the age of 15 he was dropped from a plane over the Iraqi boareds and told to support the troops and anyway after a six months the war was ended. immediately after that mission being deemed a success kaltar was dropped off and Brazil and told to handly a local gang that was terrorizing American health workers kaltar finished that mission and three days with no help kaltar would later join and elite CIA Black Ops Group and along with others helped take down the Russian city Kirillov and one night. kaltar from birth was a trained killer and no matter what it takes he'll get it done and with complete loyalty to the us army and nation he'll do what they say when they say how they say.
