Patricks inner Fae fire has begun to burn. He was taught by the fae to bring this magical fire forth and burn his enemies before him by cauing their luck to turn against them and actually magically ignite burning them alive.
Exert your Mind (only for extinguishing a fire, no cost for starting one) and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within arm's reach which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire).
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a Christmas tree fire at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 5 damage per round, starting in the next round after the one in which they caught fire. This damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
As he takes off his tops you can see a thin-glowing veil beneath his skin; subtlety you can make out that his veins seem to be... glowing? Its almost as if his veins are actually wires...
Ying's blood has become cybernetically enhanced and infused; it now carries the necessary chemicals and substances to grant Ying increased speed; and increased physical constitution and durability. Unfortunately the compounds and technologies applied to his blood-and-blood systems have also resulted in his veins subtlety glowing; though fortunately his enhanced blood allows his injuries and wounds to automatically clot and stabilize themselves (Just like a computer's antivirus!).
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: The veins within Yings skin seem to glow.. almost like they are containing Electrical Energy. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living Computer when targeted. Your Brawn is increased by 1.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.
Beary turns into a humanoid bear beast. His head is indiscriminate from a real bear's, but his body remains slightly more humanoid from the shoulders down. He can still wear pants.

You transform into WereBear for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are WereBear, and you can use your equipment. You cannot speak any coherent verbal language while transformed and must resort to other means of communication.
I gotta go to sleep (WIP)
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see flesh-like tendrils sprouting out from August Murph and mending the wounds.
Bryan affixes a piece of carefully folded paper from himself to an object, with the patterned creases subtly folding and shifting to observe their environment. Thanks to Bryan's connection with the paper, he is then able to perceive through, review information from, and even channel his power through the note.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 10 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in your Amorphous Transformation. You must use up folding paper in order to activate this Effect.
You place a ward, which is fixed to a target Object that can be moved and repositioned. You can hear and see through the ward as though you were standing at its location. You may have at most 8 wards active at once.
The ward requires Concentration to monitor, though it will remain active until you deactivate it. It can be detected with a roll and destroyed through mundane means.
You may activate a single Effect through your ward as though you were standing at its location. Doing so destroys the ward.
Your Ward records all activity it observes, regardless of whether or not you are actively monitoring it. This recording can be played back and referenced later.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Cornelius channels his divine energies through his hands, causing them to glow with pink light, and causes the untapped faith within his target to become activated and heal them of their wounds.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must also Exert their Mind to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
The ninja does not approve of guns; they prefer using the bow for its stealth and versatility.

The Necromancer temporarily assumes the form of their own corpse, complete with maggots, spilled entrails, and exposed bone. They cannot move while transformed, but their empty eye sockets see as well as ever.

You transform into your own corpse for one minute. While transformed, you may control the functioning of the object you have transformed into. You can perceive your surroundings as normal. You can be targeted as a Non-Living, Sapient Object.
If you are damaged while transformed, the damage is realized when you return to normal. If you are damaged before you transform, your inanimate form will appear partially damaged.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
The mutant's arms swell to an incredible size, forcing them to lope around like a gorilla. This allows them to throw heavy objects great distances, including those unfortunate souls who find themselves in their way.
Unfortunately, they have difficulty with small objects and often destroy the things they touch by accident.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Brawn rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Brawn (cannot be used on combat rolls or Effect activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: You are muscled like a gorilla and have a slight muzzle and animal facial features.

By focusing, the Thief may shroud their hands in shadowy tendrils that seek nearby objects like static-charged hairs. They cast themselves across any surface the Thief touches, acting as anchors that allow the Thief to scale even the sheerest walls.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living, Animate target within 20 feet You must maintain Concentration while the effect is active. Roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
You are able to view your target's memories. The target is aware that their thoughts are being probed but not of the source of the probe. The Effect ends if the target moves out of range or your Concentration is interrupted.
You may ask specific questions about their memory - “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc - but you cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each question takes as long as it takes to answer to read. When replaying a full memory, it is replayed in double time.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your nose bleeding. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
