Description

ruka touches a blue item which turns to a weird liquid/slimy pool of blue that can be reshaped by him to his liking

System

Exert your Mind, choose a basic, mundane Object that Fits Inside A Messenger Bag (10 liters), and spend 1 Minute fabricating your object. Roll Dexterity + Crafts Difficulty 6, with the Difficulty depending on the specificity of the created item. For example, "shirt" would be difficulty 5, "Police uniform" would be difficulty 9. The roll's outcome determines overall quality and how well the item fits the request. [[Created object lasts one hour.

The GM always has final say over the created object if a specific request is made. Cannot create firearms or explosives.


Enhancements

  • Ghost Gun (You may produce firearms.)
  • Eternium (You may keep up to three fabricated objects at a time that do not expire after an hour.)
  • Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)

Drawbacks

  • Monstrous (Possessing this Power causes a mutation that elicits a strong, negative social response from the average person in your setting. The mutation is visible even if you are wearing long sleeves, pants, and shoes. Maximum one per Contractor.)
    • Mutation - his eyes are a special unnatural shade of blue and his iris is different than normal
  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - an item that is blue colored
