Description

Nickolai's legs muscles have been replaced with powerful mechanical counterparts, allowing him to reach inhuman speeds.

System

Spend an Action and Exert your Mind. You can run [[speed-multiplier]] your normal speed for 1 Minute. Any penalty from Encumbrance still applies.

While this Power is active, you do not suffer any sort of exhaustion. Avoiding unexpected obstacles requires a Dexterity + Athletics roll.

Enhancements

Parkour (Your super speed affects all kinds of movement, not just running, and you may ignore small obstacles.)

Drawbacks

Draining (After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.)
Tunnel Vision (While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.)
