Circumstances

Circumstances describe your situation.

Examples include enemies, wealth, notoriety, social status, contacts, fame, and imprisonment.

Because each Playgroup has its own setting, Circumstances record the Playgroup they were acquired in.

Famous: Superhero/Actor
From Assets and Liabilities
You are well-known and generally well-liked by the general public. You may easily communicate a message via the media during a Downtime, and you may receive preferential treatment from NPCs at the GM's discretion.
Average Finances
From Assets and Liabilities
You can live stably off your money. You have access to $2,500 (or equivalent currency) per Contract.
Point of Contact: Edgar CEO Of Vault
From Assets and Liabilities
You know someone in a specific industry or area of influence, and can lean on them for assistance. Once per Contract, and once per Downtime, you may call in a favor from _____. Your contact is not brainwashed or supernaturally compelled, and they may refuse to do things which are unreasonable or absurd. You may attempt to call in additional favors beyond the first one, but these are not guaranteed, and over-use of your contact may cause you to lose them, as well as create potential Loose Ends.

Conditions

Conditions describe your state of being.

Examples of Conditions include curses, diseases, and impactful personality quirks.

Conditions are granted by Assets and Liabilities or by GMs based on the events of Contracts and Downtime activities like Moves, and Loose Ends.

Because Conditions may have GM-created systems, they also record the Playgroup they were acquired in.

From Assets and Liabilities
Beautiful You're quite the specimen! Rolls where your good looks could help are at -2 Difficulty, and social interactions should be role-played accordingly.
Trained Reflexes Your life has been filled with tight situations and violent encounters, so when the fighting starts, you act quickly. You get +3 dice to all Initiative rolls.
Weak Willed You are highly susceptible to any attempts to influence you. You are at +2 difficulty to resist mental, emotional, or social Effects, as well as to resist standard social rolls.
Vengeful An insult to or an attack on your person simply cannot be tolerated. Each time someone wrongs you or disrespects you in a major way, you must succeed a Self-Control roll to resist taking revenge.
Compulsive Liar You have trouble with honesty and generally find it much easier and safer to make things up. Any time you are asked about yourself, or are offering information about yourself, you must succeed a Self-Control roll in order to tell the truth. If you are ever caught in a lie, you must Exert your Mind in order to come clean; otherwise you must attempt to justify the initial lie with more lies.
Delusions of Grandeur You believe yourself to be the very best, one of the elite, superior to anyone else you meet. You must succeed a Self-Control roll in order to believe something or take an action which contradicts this delusion.
Cat-Eyes Your eyes catch the light in the dark like a cat or dog's, granting low-light vision. You suffer no penalty to rolls in low-light situations. You cannot see in pitch blackness.

Loose Ends

Loose Ends will cause problems for you if you don't tie them up.

Examples of Loose Ends include enemies, debts, evidence, and promises.

All Loose Ends have a Cutoff that counts down each time you attend a Contract. When it hits zero, the Threat of your Loose End manifests, causing issues for your Contractor.

You cannot see the current values of your Loose Ends' Cutoffs, but you can take initiative and make Moves on your Downtimes to deal with them before time runs out.

Biography

Omega Was born July 24, 2000 and was raised in a lab, surrounded by doctors like Jonah Vogelbaum, who called him John. For not having a motherlike figure, Vogelbaum remarked that Omega turned violent, aggressive, and downright hateful In his childhood, he was subjected to hours sitting in front of a projector, seeing images that were chosen to mold his personality, like the American flag, Jesus Christ, and baseball. He had a motherlike figure, a female doctor, but she was killed by Omega himself when he was young and innocent after he Cut her in half with his eye beams. Prior to her death, he had caused similar incidents to countless other tutors, a behavior that was usually motivated by indignation, but this time caused by isolation induced depression.

After countless experiments and training from the U.S Goverment and a company named Vault it was deemed appropriate to releaes omega into the world as a reality tv star superhero star along with a group called the seven, he would later became the new Semi leader of The Seven, presented by Stan Edgar and Madelyn Stillwell to the public. They immediately took off and became the most popular show of The current time, Following his introduction to the public and the seven, A hero named BlackStar came onto the stage and immediately stole Omegas leader and tv spotlight, much to Omega and Stillwel anger. Following this, Stillwell convinced Omega not to let Black Star upstage him.

Omega would later teamed up with Noir on his first mission; stopping a group of terrorists who tried taken hostages at a chemical plant. Refusing to wait for Black Star to arrival, Omega immediately went inside and subdued two of the terrorists, breaking one of their noses in the process and tearing the arms off another. He then confronted the rest And When they refused to back down, Omega disarm their guns however, one of the terrorists still held a hostage at gunpoint, despite the gun not working anymore. Omega, horribly underestimating his abilities, using his heat vision to heat up the gun, causing it to explode, killing the hostage and destroying the man's hand. When the man's associate started screaming at him, he lost his mind and clamped his hand over her mouth, accidentally ripping out her jaw. This leads the hostages screaming at him and calling him a maniac, resulting in him killing everybody in a fit of rage, leaving only one hostage still alive. Black Star then appeared in the doorway. Thinking that he was going rat him out to Vought, Omega attempted to kill Black Star with his heat vision, accidentally bringing down the entire plant.

After pulling himself out of the rubble, Omega saw the hostage crawl out of the wreakage and towards a still alive Black Star. To Omegas surprise, however, Star coldly snapped the woman's neck while comforting her. Star then helped Omega come up with an excuse to cover up the failure of the mission. This event lead to a mutual respect between the two. However, Omegas lack of control deeply Disturbed him and possibly added to his already unstable mind Set.

After That botched mission Omega started to learn how to control his abilities and play his part properly.

Omega currently lives out on a small island and the Atlantic where he is montier very closely by the US government and provide his food and all other essential items the house on the island is large and he does have a pet Tibetan mastiff who he enjoys very much after he completed his superhero movie Omega is currently waiting for a mission or something to occupy his time
