Circumstances

Circumstances describe your situation.

Examples include enemies, wealth, notoriety, social status, contacts, fame, and imprisonment.

Because each Playgroup has its own setting, Circumstances record the Playgroup they were acquired in.

Finances: Average
From Assets and Liabilities
You can live stably off your money. You have access to $2,500 (or equivalent currency) per Contract.

Conditions

Conditions describe your state of being.

Examples of Conditions include curses, diseases, and impactful personality quirks.

Conditions are granted by Assets and Liabilities or by GMs based on the events of Contracts and Downtime activities like Moves, and Loose Ends.

Because Conditions may have GM-created systems, they also record the Playgroup they were acquired in.

From Assets and Liabilities
Cat-Eyes Your eyes catch the light in the dark like a cat or dog's, granting low-light vision. You suffer no penalty to rolls in low-light situations. You cannot see in pitch blackness.
Nimble Fingers Your fingers are particularly long and slender. You receive a +2 dice bonus to any action that requires fine manual dexterity.
Tough You can function under intense pain. Stress from Injuries is reduced by 2.

Loose Ends

Loose Ends will cause problems for you if you don't tie them up.

Examples of Loose Ends include enemies, debts, evidence, and promises.

All Loose Ends have a Cutoff that counts down each time you attend a Contract. When it hits zero, the Threat of your Loose End manifests, causing issues for your Contractor.

You cannot see the current values of your Loose Ends' Cutoffs, but you can take initiative and make Moves on your Downtimes to deal with them before time runs out.

Biography

In the smaller town of Katy, Texas, William Mulham was born to a family of three, now four. He was the son of Robert Mulham and Alison Mulham. Aside from those two he had an older brother by the name of David Mulham who was five years older than him. William had inherited his first name from his grandfather on his father's side who had passed away only four years before his birth. In his early life his parents never seemed to like to stick to one place, moving from town to town before finally settling down in Austin, Texas. The white two story house that they moved into seemed more like home than any other that they had been in before and it was in a fairly good neighborhood, making this the place where they would stay, until at least William would leave for college.

Within his first year in Austin, Will began his first year of school. His parents enrolled him in any extracurricular possible for the point he was at and put him in any program that would then better his learning. This was to ensure him a future where he could live comfortably, even if it would come at the expense of the child's free time when he was younger. Will's grades remained at a constant high as he progressed from elementary to intermediate and eventually to and out of high school. In high school he played on the school's soccer/football team (whichever you want to call it) where he picked up the habit of visiting the gym rather frequently to stay in a lean state, having defined muscles that cover his body, except slightly above in the legs department. His main position in soccer was a winger where he would assist the fronts in taking the ball and opening opportunities to goal. In his senior year, William's team made it past the district meet but unfortunately capped out at state due to the other teams overwhelmingly better team coordination. However through this experience he managed to get a scholarship that had helped with a majority of the trade school he was intending on going to, it would be here where he planned to lead down the path of being an electrician.

At the age of eighteen he graduated from high school and made his way into a trade school with the intention of being able to register as an electrician. His life in the school was rather bland and felt as if it went by in the blink of an eye, the only notable thing happening there besides his graduation being him finding like minded people who would help him establish a company so they could be close to self employed while getting the benefits of working for a company. It was in this company where after graduation Will went to work as its founder and CEO. His parents planned on moving soon so he bought the house off of them for a cheaper price then it would originally sell on the market, making it his own abode after the purchase was finalized. He now handles his company's workload while still working hands on with repairing electronics of any kind.
