Movement

All-out Sprint: instead of using free Movement or Dash, you may spend your Action and roll Brawn + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. You move (0 + (Outcome x 5) Feet).

Actions

Attack with your weapon or hands.
Evade by rolling to Defend or Dodge. Your Outcome is "spent" to reduce the Outcome of any incoming attacks until your next Action.
Activate a Power or use an Ability as normal.
Hold your Action by declaring an Action and a triggering event. If the event occurs before your turn on the next Round, you perform the Action.

If you have not yet spent your Action this Round, you may use it as a Reaction.

Reactions

Dodge by rolling Dexterity + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's.
Defend with your weapon by rolling its attack roll. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's. Availability depends on weapon match-up (tap/hover).
Clash with the attacker using the same roll you would use to Defend. The higher Outcome (not contested) is treated as the result of a successful, undefended attack roll against the loser.

Desperate Defense

If you have already used your Action, you may Exert your Mind to perform a Reaction. Your next Round's Action receives a -2 dice penalty. You cannot Clash as a Desperate Defense or React more than once to a given Action.

Will to Survive

Once per Contract, you may reduce the severity of an incoming Injury up to 5 Severity levels (to a minimum of Severity 5). You also take a point of Mind Damage and suffer a Battle Scar as normal.

If an attack's Outcome is positive after defense, it results in a new Injury with Severity = Outcome + Weapon damage - Armor

Requires an advanced first aid kit for Severity 4 Injuries, a surgery setup for Severity 5 Injuries, and a surgery theater for Severity 6+ Injuries.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty equal to Severity

An Outcome of 1 or greater will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
Outcome 4+ puts the Injury on track to heal clean: its Battle Scar heals with it.
On a Botch, the Injury's Severity increases by 1.
Failed or Botched attempts may be re-attempted at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Makeshift Stabilization

Attempt a major treatment using insufficient or improvised medical equipment.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty > Severity

Outcome 1+ will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
However, any Outcome less than 4 increases the Injury’s Severity by 1. Botches also worsen its Battle Scar if it caused one.
Regardless of Outcome, any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will persist after it is fully healed.
Failed or Botched attempts may be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Self-stabilization attempts are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

Biography

Troy was born in Michigan as Troy Hart. He was raised by his parents, happily married, with a younger sister 4 years his junior. He had a very normal upbringing, until he got a viral video on YouTube at 16. He did fine in school, his family was loving and supportive, and he had friends. When he turned 18, with his friend Riley, he moved to LA. At the time, he had a small but established fanbase (<10k subscribers on YouTube), but with the money his family gave him, he was able to support himself. As his fame grew, so did the people he met. He befriended two other, bigger influencers. The four moved in together when he was 21 and made many collabs with each other. With his decent sized fanbase now, he has done many collabs with big companies (Raid, Air-Up, Hello Fresh, BetterHelp, etc.).

But laying beneath that friendly, upbeat exterior is a man who's brewing with jealousy. Troy wants nothing more than to be the best. He's willing to do anything to succeed. He's done many videos of different topics, some things more questionable than others. Troy has even dated more famous girls to garner more of a fanbase. But Troy is actually gay, though he isn't out to many people at all. In fact, it's probably only Riley, Becca, and his parents who know that. Unfortunately, Troy is horribly basic. His videos and content are popular, but not special. He isn't doing anything new. He's just another pretty white boy on the internet.
