Circumstances describe your situation.
Examples include enemies, wealth, notoriety, social status, contacts, fame, and imprisonment.
Because each Playgroup has its own setting, Circumstances record the Playgroup they were acquired in.
Conditions describe your state of being.
Examples of Conditions include curses, diseases, and impactful personality quirks.
Conditions are granted by Assets and Liabilities or by GMs based on the events of Contracts and Downtime activities like Moves, and Loose Ends.
Because Conditions may have GM-created systems, they also record the Playgroup they were acquired in.
Loose Ends will cause problems for you if you don't tie them up.
Examples of Loose Ends include enemies, debts, evidence, and promises.
All Loose Ends have a Cutoff that counts down each time you attend a Contract. When it hits zero, the Threat of your Loose End manifests, causing issues for your Contractor.
You cannot see the current values of your Loose Ends' Cutoffs, but you can take initiative and make Moves on your Downtimes to deal with them before time runs out.

The Handstepper, as he refers to himself; is quite a nuisance in Jacksonville, Florida. He is known around the city as a homeless man that delusionaly believes himself to be a superhero. The most defining feature of Handstepper, is the fact that he walk on his hands, using his legs as arms for all intents and purposes. His reasoning for such behaviour being, he lacks fine motor skills in his hands but not in his feet. He views all people as below him, especially if they use their feet for walking. He is although, fond of animals and especially monkeys as "they can do it all". Not much is known about him, and it seems he doesn't know a lot about himself either, not that it bothers him. His goal remains; becoming a superhero, and it doesn't matter that he lives in a tent or that he is appalled by shoes, regarding them as nothing less of hand-cuffs (or should I say leg-cuffs).
