Blanche is a disqualified boxer champion who will risk her life to become the ultimate blood-thirsty werewolf and kill all cruel human beings.

She is 28 years old, lives in a dirty basement apartment in a large and corrupt city, and often appears as a disheveled and dangerous androgynous woman, with wild long dark hair, tiny scars all over her body, piercing green-yellow eyes. Her muscular and tall build makes her look pretty fearsome.

Blanche lives in Il Male Necessario, a setting where videos of the supernatural go mi viral every day.

Movement

Movement is taken immediately before OR after your Action. It cannot be split.
You may Free Move (0) feet. Minimum 5 feet.

- Dashing penalizes your Action -1 die per 5 feet.
All-out Sprint: instead of using free Movement or Dash, you may spend your Action and roll Brawn + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. You move (0 + (Outcome x 5) Feet).

Actions

Attack with your weapon or hands.
Evade by rolling to Defend or Dodge. Your Outcome is "spent" to reduce the Outcome of any incoming attacks until your next Action.
Activate a Power or use an Ability as normal.
Hold your Action by declaring an Action and a triggering event. If the event occurs before your turn on the next Round, you perform the Action.

If you have not yet spent your Action this Round, you may use it as a Reaction.

Reactions

Dodge by rolling Dexterity + Athletics ( dice) Difficulty 6. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's.
Defend with your weapon by rolling its attack roll. Your Outcome is subtracted from the attacker's. Availability depends on weapon match-up (tap/hover).
Clash with the attacker using the same roll you would use to Defend. The higher Outcome (not contested) is treated as the result of a successful, undefended attack roll against the loser.

Desperate Defense

If you have already used your Action, you may Exert your Mind to perform a Reaction. Your next Round's Action receives a -2 dice penalty. You cannot Clash as a Desperate Defense or React more than once to a given Action.

Will to Survive

Once per Contract, you may reduce the severity of an incoming Injury up to 5 Severity levels (to a minimum of Severity 5). You also take a point of Mind Damage and suffer a Battle Scar as normal.

If an attack's Outcome is positive after defense, it results in a new Injury with Severity = Outcome + Weapon damage - Armor

Proper Stabilization

Requires an advanced first aid kit for Severity 4 Injuries, a surgery setup for Severity 5 Injuries, and a surgery theater for Severity 6+ Injuries.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty equal to Severity

An Outcome of 1 or greater will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
Outcome 4+ puts the Injury on track to heal clean: its Battle Scar heals with it.
On a Botch, the Injury's Severity increases by 1.
Failed or Botched attempts may be re-attempted at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Makeshift Stabilization

Attempt a major treatment using insufficient or improvised medical equipment.

Roll Intellect + Medicine, Difficulty > Severity

Outcome 1+ will Stabilize the Injury and stop its degradation.
However, any Outcome less than 4 increases the Injury’s Severity by 1. Botches also worsen its Battle Scar if it caused one.
Regardless of Outcome, any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will persist after it is fully healed.
Failed or Botched attempts may be retried at +1 Difficulty per failure.

Self-stabilization attempts are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

Biography

She always was a promising athlete. When her parents died, leaving her and her little sister alone with their grandparents, boxing saved her from an otherwise crime-filled life. When her grandparents died too, and her sister fell ill, she was driven to become the best boxer so she could compete and get money to care for her. And she succeded. "The wolf of the north" they called her, and she became famous and feared. Winning championships was hard as hell, but she did it anyway through blood and pain. But success comes at a cost. The companies and buisnessmen got greedy. They started playing dirty, and they started making her play dirty. And as her life became more miserable, this was the only way she could maintain the cost of her little sister's medical expenses, trying desperately to keep her alive while they searched for a cure. This was everything she had. She couldn't give up. She did it all for her. And then came the night her life changed. The night her sister died, and they forced her to play her final match anyway. Her mind went blank, there was nothing worth fighting for anymore, all the abuse and the painful training were for naught. Her body went on autopilot, on impulse, and she could not hear the crowd cheering, the referee telling her to stop, her team screaming at her, as she just continued punching. Over and over. She could only feel the anger and the grief which had taken over her body. Her gloves were covered in blood, the world fell silent, before exploding in rage as it was soon all over the news: international female boxing champion goes mad and kills her opponent in Championship Finals. Needless to say, her world as she knew it ended that night. The only thing keeping her from ending her life was a promise of revenge: making all those corrupt and money-hungry men pay for what they've done to her. For all the time she could spend with her sister they stole from her. For her honor and morality they corrupted. For ruining her life. She will ruin theirs.
