Circumstances describe your situation.
Examples include enemies, wealth, notoriety, social status, contacts, fame, and imprisonment.
Because each Playgroup has its own setting, Circumstances record the Playgroup they were acquired in.
Conditions describe your state of being.
Examples of Conditions include curses, diseases, and impactful personality quirks.
Conditions are granted by Assets and Liabilities or by GMs based on the events of Contracts and Downtime activities like Moves, and Loose Ends.
Because Conditions may have GM-created systems, they also record the Playgroup they were acquired in.
Loose Ends will cause problems for you if you don't tie them up.
Examples of Loose Ends include enemies, debts, evidence, and promises.
All Loose Ends have a Cutoff that counts down each time you attend a Contract. When it hits zero, the Threat of your Loose End manifests, causing issues for your Contractor.
You cannot see the current values of your Loose Ends' Cutoffs, but you can take initiative and make Moves on your Downtimes to deal with them before time runs out.

Angel Smith kills people on weekdays in her drab gothgirl school persona (mostly because no one will believe it was her), and on weekends she streams music, does composition lessons, and once a month, she puts on a fully produced and streamed benefit concert for her family, donating to local charities. Some of the money is always secretly funneled away to her assassin agency [tbd] to cover operating costs, and in exchange, they gave her a credit card and said "go wild" to get whatever she wants. They don't take her seriously as a threat to the organization, but they are keenly aware of her skill as a marksman and her quick, efficient takedowns.
Also, wherever she goes, she carries a stuffed cat named Elijah, and contrary to her usually-pristine streamer getup, this stuffed toy is old, worn, and well-loved, and is only repaired when in dire need. She refuses to go anywhere without him, and all decisions go through Elijah first - that is, when she's not being lured in by the thrill of the hunt. She always apologizes to Elijah when this happens, saying how her purretty purredator instincts got the better of her again.
