This is a longsword with a golden hilt in the shape of a curled dragon. Down the spine of the blade are runes in ancient Romanian that say "Victory or death". This blade has been passed down through the Dracul family line since the 900's when it was forged by Tanik Dracul.
This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly the same size as a sword / axe but can be collapsed into a pocket watch and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal 2 Weapon Damage +3 Bonus Damage. The target's Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.

The Tribal carvings stolen from Ancient Knowledge burn the combustion fuel of herbs and transmutes them into a healing aura
Expend a point of Battery and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see The spirits of Dead Indegious Tribals that dance creepily, tearing away at each other's ghostly flash and replacing the wound's of the chosen with the vitality of their own..
Each of Emily's strikes has an amazing amount of force though it... even more than they should. She can strike things that should damage her paws, but only what she's hit is damaged.
"At first I think they are still warm. After a while, I realize they'll always be warm."

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

When removed, no one can hear it but Emily. But she can. That keening cry, of a babe separated from its mother. It's grating, but she could follow it anywhere.
This Artifact cannot be broken.
This Artifact's creator is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.
Emily touches her target with her gloves - or, in a pinch, something they just touched. She brings the gloves up to her muzzle and takes a deep breath, closing her eyes as she sorts though what she can smell.
So much is put into one's sweat - even their needs.
Spend 2 Actions. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.
You learn all the following information about your target:
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Emily lets out a snarl from deep within the folds of her fabric. She draws her paw back, and then strikes the ground. A spike of blood shoots out of her paw, tunneling though the ground before emerging in a location with sudden and remarkable violence. It heads up about five feet before exploding outwards into tendrils of blood, punching though flesh, bone, and steel without care.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location no further than 40 feet from you and in your line of sight. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in alternate form. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. The area within 25 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Brawn + Brawl at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits all targets (besides a single chosen species or type of Animate being) within 25 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 8.
All the participants stand within the circle, grasping an engraved metal rod, while the terms of the covenant are read aloud and the participants repeat the terms, and once they are all said the circle glows with arcane light and the covenant is sealed.
You may make an oath with any number of physically-present, Sapient targets. Communicate the oath's terms to the targets, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must Grasping the rod during the ritual to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The targets cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the targets, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
You may revert a penalty for breaking one of your oaths on any participant other than yourself.
Whenever a participant breaks the oath, you are immediately made aware and may even witness the act as if standing nearby.
It is obvious to your targets that the oath you are proposing will be supernaturally enforced.
As Harold Polk, or another wielder, engages the mechanism within the Umbrae Defender, the umbrella seems to shimmer slightly in the light, its surface rippling like the surface of a pond disturbed by a gentle breeze. The wielder carefully folds the umbrella into itself, with each fold it becomes smaller and more compact until it assumes the size and shape of a passport. To onlookers, it’s as if the umbrella simply morphs, its colors and textures rearranging themselves into the form of any desired identification or permit. The transformation is smooth and almost imperceptible, save for a brief moment where the air around it seems to warp slightly. When presented, the artifact now perfectly mimics the desired identification, with details filling in to match the observer’s expectations, creating a convincing illusion that withstands casual scrutiny.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a Umbrella but can be collapsed into Passport and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Spend a Quick Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into a chosen Object. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
When used as identification and scanned, the scanner will act appropriately and bring up appropriate generic information. Further searches for the identity in the computer will turn up no results.
The Umbrae Defender is a sleek, sophisticated umbrella, embodying an air of mystery and utility. At first glance, it appears to be a high-end, elegant accessory, but upon closer inspection, its unique features hint at its dual nature.
This Artifact can be used as a crossbow. It is roughly the same size as a crossbow and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +2 Weapon Damage. Attacks do not require a successful called shot to do damage.
You also gain the following effects:
The SpecterScan Umbrella appears to be a premium, minimalist umbrella, featuring a matte black canopy and a handle crafted from a high-density, lightweight composite material. The simplicity of its design belies the complexity of the technology hidden within. Unlike the previous iterations, this version eschews the overtly futuristic holographic displays for a more discreet, efficient mode of operation that aligns with the black tech aesthetic.
Embedded within the umbrella’s spokes are micro-cameras and a variety of sensors. These are nearly invisible, blending seamlessly with the structure. They’re capable of capturing a wide array of data, from visual feeds to electromagnetic signatures, without drawing attention.
The core of the SpecterScan’s capabilities lies in its advanced AI, housed within the umbrella’s shaft. This AI is capable of processing vast amounts of data from the umbrella’s sensors and external databases in real time. It uses sophisticated algorithms to analyze objects of interest, determine their history, and infer connections to criminal activities.
Instead of projecting information around the user, the SpecterScan Umbrella transmits its findings directly to a secure device—such as a smartphone or a specialized receiver—carried by the user. This ensures that all data remains confidential and that the user can access it without exposing their activities to bystanders.
Spend a minute. Select a evidence of crimes within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Culture at Difficulty 6.
You learn all the following information about your target:
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
You cannot investigate the same target more than once per day.
When the "Umbrae Umbrella 'Perfect Defense'" is in use, its unique feature—an articulating handle—becomes apparent. This sophisticated mechanism allows the handle to bend and rotate, enabling the umbrella to autonomously adjust its position to block attacks from any direction. The moment it detects an incoming threat, the handle flexibly shifts, moving the canopy into the optimal defensive stance to intercept the attack, even if it comes from behind or from an unexpected angle.
Observers witness the handle contorting and twisting in a fluid, almost serpentine manner, while the canopy aligns itself to fend off assaults. This maneuverability ensures comprehensive protection, covering the user from all sides and angles, including overhead and lateral attacks. The handle's movement is smooth and controlled, driven by internal motors and guided by an array of sensors that calculate the best defensive position in real-time.
This active defense system is visually striking, as the umbrella appears to have a life of its own, dynamically responding to threats around the user. The sight of the umbrella pivoting and bending as it protects its bearer not only adds to the spectacle but also highlights the advanced technology embedded within what looks like a conventional accessory.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming damage from all sources of physical attack except Legally Justified Attacks. Armor from multiple sources does not stack.
Your Armor cannot be destroyed, and it always provides a minimum of 2 Armor regardless of any Armor penetration. It cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Whenever your Armor reduces incoming Damage, you are immediately made aware of the source of the Damage. You may pinpoint their location for 30 seconds.
The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
The Future Soldier's PSG is capable of briefly supercharging its effectiveness with a jolt of Omega Cell energy. While active, the future soldier glows with an extremely bright golden light.

When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.

Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
This Effect activates whenever you are recorded. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
