Putting forth a beacon in the storm, Widow calls to the dead through the bonds of love it had in life.
The soul Widow calls sees the beacon in the dark, a call from a reaper. It takes time to bring the soul through the veils of the underworld, but the respect of the station demands answers. The station itself requires one to prove they should be respected. If the called dead has a desperate request, Widow must make a Self-control roll to resist the request as a potential loose end.
(This must be a desperate, whole hearted, selfless need. "Tell my daughter I am passed so she can move on." "Stop my killer from killing my family.")

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a Location within 50 feet. You must be in an area abundant with natural earth and/or raw minerals.
Select one of the following alterations to create out of natural earth originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts one minute but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 6 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may opt to have your alteration form immediately. If you do, it falls apart in exactly one Round.

As you hold out your hand, open palmed, the beads swiftly swirl around your arm, forming a bow shape, stacking into a functional bow, shaping into a dragon. The bow itself seems to be, in the right light, breathing. As you pull back the string, an arrow form, firing, and hitting the target, only to quickly burn up, removing some of the armor it hits.
This Artifact can be used as a bow. It is roughly the same size as a bow but can be collapsed into Buddhist Beads and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

The usage of electricity is also to help the user by sending an electric shock to their nervous system, causing them to instinctively dodge attacks.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Roll Dexterity + Athletics at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 2 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
It appears as a clockwork version of the desired weapon. The projectiles are self-produced caseless rounds made of brass. The Words “Mortui salutem” Are etched into each round. Gears churn silently throughout its immaculate brass casing. Shots are left to a whispered hiss of steam. When changing forms tentacles reach out from within the casing and rearrange the barrel and shape in a moment. It can turn into a seemingly mundane lighter with clockwork inspirations that still functions as normally. Diva is a god of violence and craves the thrill of the hunt.

The spy can do up their passport to take on the appearance of any valid form of identification they may need.

The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
If the Selkie's seal skin is worn close to the body, any contact with salt water will cause them to transform into a seal. While transformed, they have full access to their normal suite of Powers.
