Kid Cosmic raises his hand; the bright Green Stone glued to the hex nut on his finger starts to glow. A green aura of energy surrounds his body, and with a great heave of effort he snatches up a giant rock with his mind!!

You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Lasts for the next hour. Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
The blade of the weapon seems to be constantly shifting from being Brand-new to being extremely old, when used it ages whatever the blade touches to the point of either sever injury or death. It rusts metal and disintegrates cloth when it touches flesh it ages it so quickly that the area is left decayed and rotten. The reason Its sheath has a layer of cloth is because the effect is so strong that it can effect someone just touching the sheath with just there bare hands.
Minds forge always requires a sacrifice, from who is up to the user. Sometimes they give something that means a lot to them sometimes they give pieces of themselves and sometimes they give the life's of those they cannot live without. When pulling it from its sheath Flip a coin If heads the sword takes 2 years from the life of Aotos parents every time it hits a living creature If tails it takes two years one time when unsheathed.

The user extends their hand towards the target. When they do thin tendrils extend from the ring and search for purchase on the wearer. The tendrils attach and start sucking small amounts of power from the user as they continue to crawl along their body before retreating after the hack is done.
The user's packaged will and commands are transmitted through the ring and then antenna tendrils towards the target.

If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
Tiny nano machines swarm out of the ring and cover the users body in a thin sheet. The tiny bug like bots arrange themselves into a latticework over the user and once all are in place thin little cuts are made along the users skin in square patterns. Tiny rivers of blood well up at all locations of the nanites and are quickly sucked into the nanomachines, they then start cutting the small squares of the skin and prying them up the tiny bits of dermis sticking to the muscle and sinew underneath but being pulled anyways until they eventually come free. Unable to patchwork skin on the eyeball the bots flood into the occular cavity and surround the eye forming a kind of sheen over the cornea and feeding it visual info while the effect is activated. Each bug holds the square of skin over itself like a kind of card. When activated they flip the skin cards around to the underside where a hazy reflection of the surrounding area is put forward on the other side of the skin card.

I have one if you would like." as he pulls out a small silver hand mirror from his bag. The man takes it thankfully and pulls the mirror to his face but what stares back at him is not his face. A blubbering creature resembling faintly his face stares back and the man screams and starts panting wildly as he quickly becomes a blithering fool as every time he looks back into this mirror he retains this monstrous appearance as Chang whispers and coaxes the mirror to keep going. Once the man has become unresponsive to the world around him grasping for his face and crying Chang takes the valuables off the man quickly and quietly and leaves the train compartment quickly.

The next in Louis's foray into computer science is a little cartridge for his SEAL units. Simply retrieve one from your pack, and slam it into the machine and it'll perform an automated hack of the targeted device! Though fingers that are too fast may find themselves encountering a slight bug, as mashing the input as you input the cartridge has been known to cause the device to encounter a null error and hack itself, but, we promise we're working on that!

The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
The spy can do up their passport to appear as any valid form of identification.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Whenever you show this Artifact to someone, you may give a general description of an Object within the category of forms of identification, and anyone who hears the description and sees the Artifact will have their mind fill in the details to complete the illusion.
The way the Artifact is seen can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
Companions gawk at the sheer size and quantity of the equipment the survivalist stores in the Bug-out Bag, but when they open it, they find only a standard set of survival gear. Only when the survivalist opens it is its true capacity revealed.

Your 80 liter backpacking pack holds 5 times what it normally could. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in your 80 liter backpacking pack. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the 80 liter backpacking pack in the process.
If your 80 liter backpacking pack is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
Only you may open and close the container. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents
The survivalist has depended on the Bug-out Bag for so long, they've formed a powerful bond with the pack. This bond renders the pack unbreakable, and grants the survivalist an understanding of what direction it's in at all times.
This Artifact cannot be broken.
This Artifact's creator is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.
The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when a battle begins, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
This Effect activates whenever combat begins. It does not require an Action or Exertion.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
