The "coin" is held up to the users' mouth, who sings to the Ircanrraats in Athabaskan. A little person with strange powers will step from its realm, just as if it was opening the curtain-entrance of a tent, or as if it had been waiting behind the air this whole time.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single Ircenrraat at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
This kid's sci-fi toy blaster lights up and flashes and makes the same types of noises you'd expect from the original, but it also fires out a red energy beam at the target like from some cheesy sci-fi movie or TV show. Also noticeably the beam is very harmful to living beings.
Also, of note, being a toy, it seems more accurate the more dramatic you are rather than based on eye-hand coordination.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 50 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4.
If Kevin finds someone who he beleives is a true friend he will share with them a homemade bracelet with them telling them as long as they have this he will be beside them. When they grip the bracelet and call out for Kevins help his original character will appear from a rift in space which through for a moment you can see Ponyland.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Grip the bracelet and say "Kevin I need your help.". This Effect cannot be used unless the Wielder had a meaningful relationship with Kevin in life. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
Summon a single Kevin at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM and will not necessarily obey your commands. This Artifact may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Kevins Friends call to him and ask him for his support. He steps from a portal behind them and lifts them up on his back and they ride him as he gallops forward bringing his friends to safety.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless This power can only to flee from danger.
Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is tripled.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Compulsion to be Heroic (helping the innocent and friends even to your detriment). If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
Kevin has begun crafting protection into his friends bracelets. The weilder of these bracelets now carry their own sword of equestria allowing them to slay evil and protect friendship wherever they are.
This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly the same size as a sword / axe but can be collapsed into Friendship Bracelet Sword Charm the size of a lighter and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage.
You also gain the following effects:
Kevins freinds now have the ability to reveal their inner Pony OC. He hopes this allows his freinds to delve deeper into themselves and find their own inner pony.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You transform into A Horse for one hour or until you choose to end the Effect. You cannot transform into a flying creature. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. The equipment you are wearing does not transform with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you.
Using The Brutal Hammer: a user can sculpt Concrete, out of Concrete, and with Concrete, can make more Concrete: INFINITE CONCRETE PRINTER!
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within arm's reach. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you become encased in Concrete, yourself, and must be dug out and/or rescued by someone else as this is indefinite and nobody can hear you scream through the concrete as it perfectly encapsulates and 1:1's your dimensions: you cannot move, you cannot scream, you are a living concrete statue (there is also a breathing hole for you). You must be in an area abundant with man-made structures and materials. You must be in an area abundant with Concrete..
Select one of the following alterations to create out of Concrete originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts indefinitely but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 18 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Art-Adverse: "Whenever you encounter something overly artistic or otherwise art-decor: you must make a Self Control roll to not immediately "Brutalize" / "Concretize" it. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
"OH GOD CONCRETE IS POURING FROM MY EYES MY EARS MY MOUTH PLEASE HEE---"
The Brutal Hammer strikes the spot: and from thy spot, concrete shalt make thy art.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within 300 feet. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you instead are affected by this as if it were a full success: you don't get to resist. (affects anyone nearby too! sorry guys). Roll Brawn + Crafts at Difficulty 6. All targets within 20 feet of the chosen Location may contest by Defending or Dodging.
If you succeed, all affected targets will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They cannot move to a new location, and, if your Contested Outcome was greater than their Brawn, they are encased and cannot take any physical Actions other than attempting to escape until they break free.
The target may spend an Action and roll Brawn or Dexterity + Athletics to attempt to break free. They must accumulate a total Outcome equal to or greater than the original Contested Outcome to escape. Damage to the binding from outside sources also contributes.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see You point the hammer in a general direction and whoever's in that direction immediately gets enveloped in an encasement of concrete that envelops them as they scream: and are filled with concrete... entirely... inside & outside..
I'm here to clean house, and nobody's going to stand in my way. My aura reeks of confidence, a controlling smile on my face. This radiant Ruby sits atop a golden veneer, placed on my tooth to utilize it's power. There is no point to testing your luck, you don't have the winning cards. You should leave now before you lose everything to me.
As I flash my winning grin, you can see the glint of a golden veneer on my tooth. Perched atop it is a radiant Ruby, the gem of my Pot-Winning Bluff. With the curl of my smile, the room seems to shimmer with anticipation. The Ruby sparkles, emitting a red hue across the table. A psychic repulsion field emanates from me, extending out in every direction for 45 feet. It's like a force field of confidence, daring anyone to challenge my hand.
Any fool who can't see past my bluff knows that they're going to bust. They're trapped in their own defeat, pushed back to the edge of the radius like the pill of a spinning roulette wheel. They realize they've already lost before the first card is even dealt.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Any Animate targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
Create a repulsion field which extends out 45 feet from you in every direction, and lasts for the next 5 Rounds. Any Animate targets within the field that failed to resist cannot move any closer towards you. If they were within 45 feet from you when you activated the effect, they are immediately pushed back to the edge of the repulsion field.
You must maintain Concentration during this Effect.
When you activate this effect, you may designate any number of specific individuals to exclude from the Effect. Anyone designated in this way is unaffected by the repulsion field, and can approach you as normal.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
When activated, the seemingly metal bracelet unfurls, revealing a fleshy amalgamation of steel and skin, this being takes on the form of any firearm you can think of, it also can grow eyes and speak to the user.
Shortly after returning from his first contract, Kal does his usual repairs to his RV and checks all of his supplies, when he hears a high-pitched whistling that seems to be hurtling towards his location. Just as the whistling gets to its loudest he hears a large crash right outside of his RV, on investigation he finds a Crater with what seems to be a perfectly crafted steel bracelet. Upon putting on the bracelet he hears a voice "hello there!" immediately, Kal looks around, eventually realizing the voice is originating from the bracelet. "hello?" Kal says while tapping the bracelet. Immediately after tapping on the bracelet it unfurls into an amalgamation of flesh and steel, vaguely resembling a handgun. Interested, Kal aims towards a tree and fires, the gun glows green when an energy projectile fires off into the tree leaving a hole slightly bigger than a normal bullet. Interested, Kal begins to fire off more rounds, "14, 15, Damn you don't run out do you?" A mouth suddenly emerges on the side of the gun, "Nope! I dont run out and I can turn into a bracelet so you can hide me! I'm the perfect killing tool! Perfect for somebody like you...".
This Artifact can be used as a rifle. It is roughly the same size as a rifle but can be collapsed into a bracelet and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +5 Weapon Damage.
This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.
You also gain the following effects:
When Winter Fang's glittering string is drawn, an ice arrow crystalizes nocked and ready to fire. These ice arrows melt quickly after piercing their foes, leaving deadly wounds instead of evidence.
This Artifact can be used as a bow. It is roughly at least twice as large as a bow and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Athletics, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +3 Weapon Damage. Attacks do not require a successful called shot to do damage.
You also gain the following effects:
The spy can do up their passport to take on the appearance of any valid form of identification they may need.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of forms of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
Companions gawk at the sheer size and quantity of the equipment the survivalist stores in the Bug-out Bag, but when they open it, they find only a standard set of survival gear. Only when the survivalist opens it is its true capacity revealed.
This Artifact holds 5 times what it normally could inside of it. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in this Artifact. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the Artifact in the process.
If this Artifact is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
When scanned or investigated without opening, the contents of this container appear normal and unremarkable.
If anyone other than you opens the container, it appears empty. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents.
The survivalist has depended on the Bug-out Bag for so long, they've formed a powerful bond with the pack. This bond renders the pack unbreakable, and grants the survivalist an understanding of what direction it's in at all times.
This Artifact cannot be broken. If this Artifact is lost and in no one else’s possession, it finds its way back to its true owner during the next Downtime.
By default, the creator of this Artifact is its true owner. The true owner may formally bequeath this Artifact onto another person within arm’s reach, after which they are its true owner. If the true owner dies or is destroyed, their ownership ends. If this Artifact has no true owner, anyone may spend one day attuning to it to become its true owner.
This Artifact's true owner is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.
