When activated, the Amethyst Serenity Ring emits a faint, soothing purple glow around the wearer's hand. The glow pulses gently, casting subtle shadows that dance like wisps of smoke around the user's fingers. It creates an aura of calmness and mental clarity, visually symbolizing the ring's ability to soothe and stabilize one's mind
Expend a point of Battery to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Over the course of one Downtime, your patient must communicate with you and reveal at least one of their Traumas to you, including the details of those Traumas and the circumstances of how they were acquired. After the full treatment time has elapsed, roll Charisma + Science at Difficulty 6.
Your target may Resist. If your treatment is successful, you may remove one of the patient's revealed Traumas without incurring any Experience cost.
Your patient is required to not get their mind's health rattled or worse for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
Once per day per target, you may choose to use this Effect to stabilize the Mind of a target within arm's reach. Treatment takes 30 seconds but will not remove any Traumas. If you are successful, restore 2 Mind damage.
You may choose to use this Effect to temporarily relieve any number of the patient's Traumas (including mental Conditions). In this case, Treatment takes an Action and the effect lasts two hours. If the Patient is currently experiencing an episode, Difficulty is increased by 2.
The contractor's consciousness at the moment of their death is inscribed upon layers of printed circuits, handily minimised (based on proprietary Maikendo™ technology!) for on-the-go hotswitching via a slot on MOLL(ⲩ)'s Dream Engine.
A contractor's work is, after all, never finished.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You are permanently transformed into an Engram Cartridge.
You can use any Powers that do not require movement on your own. You must be wielded or equipped to use other Powers. You cannot use Artifacts or Consumables, but if you have transformed into a Legendary Artifact, you may use the other Effects attached to it.
If anyone wields, equips, wears, or uses you while you are transformed, you may take physical actions using their body. Your Action comes directly before theirs in Initiative, and all rolls are made with your stats. You may opt to utilize your Action to "help" your host, allowing them to use your dice pool for their chosen Action.
If you are broken, you cannot take any Actions until you are repaired.
You can perceive your surroundings as normal, and you may control the functioning of the object you have transformed into (for example, opening your doors if you are a car).
Your passive Powers affect anyone who wields you.
After completing his most recent job Harry stuck around for a while, chatting with the harbinger.
He had a request - an item that could get his friend out of peril, a device capable of destroying other objects, and leaving nothing behind.
Without skipping a beat the harbinger produced a small silver ring with deep and beautiful patterned engravings carefully carved into its sides.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to activate. Select a Object or Construct Object within arm's reach no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Perception + Investigation Difficulty 6. Sapient targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be fully and completely destroyed, leaving behind no meaningful remains. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
The user takes some money out of the wallet, and offers it to the target, along with the spoken command. While this seems like an ordinary bribe to the recipient, observers can see hellfire emanating from within the money-pouch of the wallet, and the money dimly (but visibly) glows.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action. Select a Human target within 20 feet. Your target cannot be engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in hours. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.

The blade’s edge is razor-sharp, and its surface seems to subtly shift, as if alive with dark energy. The hilt is wrapped in a strange, leathery material that feels warm and slightly pulsating, as though it has a heartbeat of its own. Despite its small size, the knife carries an unusual weight, giving it an air of latent danger. When held, the weapon emanates a faint, almost imperceptible whisper, adding to its eerie presence.

Your 80 liter backpacking pack holds 5 times what it normally could. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in your 80 liter backpacking pack. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the 80 liter backpacking pack in the process.
If your 80 liter backpacking pack is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
Only you may open and close the container. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents
The survivalist has depended on the Bug-out Bag for so long, they've formed a powerful bond with the pack. This bond renders the pack unbreakable, and grants the survivalist an understanding of what direction it's in at all times.

If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
The Future Soldier's PSG is capable of briefly supercharging its effectiveness with a jolt of Omega Cell energy. While active, the future soldier glows with an extremely bright golden light.

This Effect activates whenever you are submerged in salt water. It does not require an Action or Exertion.
You transform into small for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.

Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
