The one using this rapidly flips through the book ending up on a specific page they then begin to rapidly read through the pages of the book and begins to spout off in an occult language, they then begin to vomit forth an ocean of Black blood with the consistency of tar covering the ground up to twenty feet away if this blood comes in contact with undead it then begins climbing up the legs of undead continuing on to the head it the begins to seep into the eye sockets, head or whatever is left of it on the undead, while they are under the control of this effect a tar like substance slowly leaks out of any wounds or holes that the undead suffers as well as the eye sockets or head.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. Select a Non-Sapient, Animate target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless used on undead.
For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow. All other Non-Sapient, Animate targets which are the same species as your target will also be compelled to follow commands that you issue if they are within 20 feet when the command is given.

The book's pages then begin to rapidly turn before finally stopping on a page, this page details how to correctly preform the desired procedure, The Steps to complete the procedure are gruesome requiring the user to user to perform a vivisection on the target utilizing their bare hands, After the target has been opened up, the user must then continue following the instructions to perform a necromantic ritual on the target, fusing and grafting the targets flesh with a tar like substance that completely consumes the subject. After a short period of time the Tar is absorbed into the subject, and they are made anew. If The target is an undead the procedure is much simpler to complete with the one using it, this is due to the decreased effort needed to complete the ritual

This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
The fear of the dark has been around as long as there have been things that were not one with it. It is in the blood, the instinct, the very fabric of existence to fear or at least respect the dark. Rose simply heightens that instinct and makes it overwhelming.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a Sapient or Creature target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless target must be in the dark. Roll Charisma+Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain fear of the dark as a Trauma. The gates to hell are open, and flaming chains burst from them, their links glowing red-hot and dripping with molten metal. These chains, forged in the deepest pits of hell, wrap around his target with an eerie speed, their heat searing flesh and sending up a sickening sizzle, at the moment of activation, if anyone was looking at the cracks they may see humans being tortured by demons in the most horrible ways they can imagine.

If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They cannot move to a new location, and, if your Contested Outcome was greater than their Brawn, they are encased and cannot take any physical Actions other than attempting to escape until they break free.

Blke holds his necklace chains straight from hell wraps around his cloak heat starts to rise as the Phoenix tries to fight it and cries of pain from the hell flames, a heart wrenching cry of absolute agony, but once it fails, the chains starts dragging an instance of the Phoenix power out of the cloak. A small Phoenix with chains all around him as he is forced to submit to blake.

The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
The spy can do up their passport to appear as any valid form of identification.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Whenever you show this Artifact to someone, you may give a general description of an Object within the category of forms of identification, and anyone who hears the description and sees the Artifact will have their mind fill in the details to complete the illusion.
The way the Artifact is seen can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.

This blimp has full science laboratory, bullet-proof envelope, and ample parachutes. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.

If your 80 liter backpacking pack is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
