Chanting the words ‘GARVEN DEH’ and pairing it with a hand motion, white sparkles shimmer around the target creature and sends it into a magical slumber.
Expend a point of Battery and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: spellcasting. Select a Living target within 30 feet. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 3 Rounds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall asleep for Contested Outcome x 3 minutes.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, and can only be awoken by taking Damage or nearing death from hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
When an affected target wakes up, they remain drowsy for the next minute, and suffer a -3 dice penalty. If an affected target successfully resists being put to sleep, they will still become drowsy for the next minute, and will suffer the same penalty.
Calling on a generous deity, you watch as a rainbow swirls before you and carries on your words. Be mindful of the fact that this is a goddess before you; there's a chance you might just go insane.
You may toss a golden coin in as an offering to the deity if you wish, and you might even hear a small, thankful whisper from the cosmos. The recipient watches as a projection of Iris appears before them with an ephemeral scroll, though only they can understand what the message is.
While the rainbow is visible during activation, onlookers will soon realize that it's faded away, and you seem to be talking to someone that no one else can see...
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Starstruck Mania: You are entranced by all that glitters. Whenever you come across something glittery, such as jewels, gold, or stars in the night sky, roll Self-Control to avoid getting distracted by it. If you fail, you may Exert your Mind to resist the temptation.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
A bracelet of sleek and minimalistic design crafted from natural materials: the designs for the construction were given by the Elders in Norman's dream, although the construction itself was left by jewelry and leather workers of New York City, with the posterior blood consecration made by Norman. The design, according to those who walked the path and survived enough to cross to the other side, is a shackle, a leash: and it serves to remind the beast that there are consequences for desobedience.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You get +2 dice to any Mind resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
The Shackle of the Riftway is a powerful artifact and a companion for the Shackle of Serenity: it is designed to anchor Norman to a specific point in time and space, allowing his spirit to travel across dimensions before rematerializing. The bracer is built in black leather, intricately detailed with gold filigree and runes that pulse with otherworldly energy. A series of small, polished links from a runed stainless steel chain are woven into the bracer, reinforcing its ability to connect with the arcane forces of the multiverse. The centerpiece of the bracer is a coin-shaped symbol embedded in the leather, etched with eldritch designs that evoke the ancient power of the Elders who once bestowed these abilities. This symbol acts as the focal point for Norman’s dimensional travels, guiding his spirit as it slips between realms in pursuit of closure, with the first etchings dedicated to a specific site - the Infinite Parking Lot.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Location within your line of sight. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
You are transported directly to the chosen Location. Anyone who is touching you as you Travel will be brought along with you. You must wait an hour before activating this effect again.
If you traverse any Parking Lots for one minute, you may activate this Effect and travel to the edge of any other Parking Lots that you’re aware of, regardless of range.
It is a sleek black muscle car with silver accents and hood ornament, as well as bullet proof exterior and windows. The underside has bloody runes scrawled and smudged. It likes to have blood mixed with its fuel.
Whenever Izzy summons this, there is a brief flash of a fox tail on them.
This Artifact can be used as a muscle car. It is roughly the same size as a muscle car but can be collapsed into a human skull hood ornament and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.
"The otherwise sleek coat is covered with bloodstains of an unknown origin.
Some employees may brag about the bloodstain as a symbol of courage, but it has been there since the archetype was extracted. Perhaps it is the commemoration of all the tragedies of the past and the future.
People used to be afraid of machines in the beginning, but a mechanical rebellion soon became a myth of the past in our world."
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 4 Armor, which reduces incoming damage from all sources of physical attack except WHITE DAMAGE. Armor from multiple sources does not stack.
Your Armor cannot be destroyed, and it always provides a minimum of 2 Armor regardless of any Armor penetration. It cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
"The sharp sawtooth of the grinder makes a clean cut through its enemy. Its operation is simple and straightforward, but that doesn't necessarily make it easy to wield.
As machines have no morals of their own, there was no clear boundary between good and evil. This disregard for value is precisely reflected by the weapon’s reliable dicing force.
People used to be afraid of machines in the beginning, but a mechanical rebellion soon became a myth of the past in our world."
This Artifact can be used as a thrusting sword. It is roughly the same size as a thrusting sword and just as difficult to conceal.

The affliction is not treatable by modern medicine. It may be diagnosed by rolling Intellect + Science at Difficulty 6, and can be cured by using an adrenaline shot.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Standard issue in the Future Soldier's home time, the Personal Shield Generator (PSG) projects a protective energy barrier around the body. It absorbs damage far better than traditional armor, but its battery is quickly drained. When depleted, the PSG must spend a few seconds recharging.
When struck, the normally-invisible field of the PSG flashes, revealing a bright yellow honey-comb pattern encasing the body.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack.
Your Armor cannot be destroyed, and it always provides a minimum of 2 Armor regardless of any Armor shredding or penetration. It cannot be circumvented with Called Shots. When shredded, it returns to full potency in one hour.
Any time your Armor prevents Damage, your Armor rating is temporarily decreased by 2. Whenever it goes five Rounds without preventing any Damage, it is restored back to its full value.
The Scepter of Ang-Kapal is a gruesome device fashioned to look like a skeletal arm clutching a glass eye. When used, blood from the person holding is drawn into the eye where it swirls with dark energy. The eye turns to a nearby corpse and shudders, reviving the creature. The creature does not retain any of its memories or personality, but it is absolutely loyal to whoever is holding the scepter.
The Scepter of Ang Kepal has the unfortunate side effect of driving its owner mad.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach with at least half its skeletal structure remaining. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Destroying one of your zombies requires a called shot to the head or heart. All other Injuries zombies suffer result in Battle Scars only, limiting their mobility and effectiveness in other ways.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.
"The Coffin" can only be used to store things commonly found in coffins, such as bodies, clothes, jewelry, photos, weapons, coins, and similar.
This Artifact holds 5 times what it normally could inside of it. Objects stored inside are weightless. Unless you are storing something commonly found in coffins, this Artifact behaves as its mundane counterpart. This Effect cannot be used unless you are storing something commonly found in coffins.
Living things can be stored in this Artifact. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the Artifact in the process.
If this Artifact is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
When scanned or investigated without opening, the contents of this container appear normal and unremarkable.
On a Downtime, you may change this Artifact from one type of container to another. Maximum once per Downtime.
If anyone other than you opens the container, it appears empty. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents.
The spy can do up their passport to take on the appearance of any valid form of identification they may need.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of forms of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
Companions gawk at the sheer size and quantity of the equipment the survivalist stores in the Bug-out Bag, but when they open it, they find only a standard set of survival gear. Only when the survivalist opens it is its true capacity revealed.

The survivalist has depended on the Bug-out Bag for so long, they've formed a powerful bond with the pack. This bond renders the pack unbreakable, and grants the survivalist an understanding of what direction it's in at all times.
This Artifact cannot be broken. If this Artifact is lost and in no one else’s possession, it finds its way back to its true owner during the next Downtime.
By default, the creator of this Artifact is its true owner. The true owner may formally bequeath this Artifact onto another person within arm’s reach, after which they are its true owner. If the true owner dies or is destroyed, their ownership ends. If this Artifact has no true owner, anyone may spend one day attuning to it to become its true owner.
This Artifact's true owner is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.
