The spear seems to be covered in trophies from various hunts, it is made from the spinal column for some large beast, and ends in the tooth of some large canine creature, all of these trophies seem to imbue the spear with supernatural effectiveness, far beyond what should normally be possible.

You and everything you are carrying is obscured in one of the following manners. You may Spend an Action to change the way in which you're concealed.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you or your equipment specifically from other, additional senses fails automatically.
If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. Activating a targeted or obvious Effect, attacking, or being Injured ends the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for one minute.
The sword shimmers a faint white every few seconds.
Upon the death of the viking Jerry after he accidently fell on his own sword during his first real combat. It just so happens the sword he stole from his father was an artifact he won from being the champion of Odin or some bullshit Jerry barely remembers now.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You are permanently transformed into this Artifact.
You can perceive your surroundings as normal, and you may control the functioning of the object you have transformed into (for example, opening your doors if you are a car).
If you are broken, you cannot take any Actions until you are repaired.
If anyone wields, equips, wears, or uses you while you are transformed, you may take physical actions using their body. Your Action comes directly before theirs in Initiative, and all rolls are made with your stats. You may opt to utilize your Action to "help" your host, allowing them to use your dice pool for their chosen Action.
You can use any Powers that do not require movement on your own. You must be wielded or equipped to use other Powers. You cannot use Artifacts or Consumables, but if you have transformed into a Legendary Artifact, you may use the other Effects attached to it.
Your passive Powers affect anyone who wields you.
"Please think carefully before you use this."
The Portable Sun appears to be a small sphere (slightly larger than a tennis ball) that resembles a miniature sun. The artifact emits a faint light and is warm to the touch. The Portable Sun's texture is weirdly fuzzy and glass-like, feeling similar to how one would expect television static to feel.
When activated, the artifact will glow brighter for a moment, before quickly launching a fiery solar flare at the target. The flames dance through the open air, fizzling out into nothing if they fail to find a suitable target. Upon colliding with a target, the solar flare sets it ablaze.
Having learned about the possibility of crafting magical items during the events of Don't Look Up, Andromeda sought to craft something of her own. By channelling her mind, magic, and passion, she was able to create the first Portable Sun.
Spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire).
You may start a new fire as large as a torch's flame at your target. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 2 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be shredded by any Damage dealt, destroying material Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
Jason always had an interest in technology and making it better. Now he makes small spiders that can attach to technology and do his bidding. The technology is draining and takes to to complete. The small spiders will attach to the piece of technology and integrate into the tech by moving it or forming together to plug into it.
What makes the spiders creepy is that it is a small swarm of spider bots they have dark red eyes and brown and black fur.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. Select a Device within 20 feet. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6. The hacking roll and their defensive roll are both Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
When targeting non-computer devices, you may operate switches, buttons, dials, levers, and latches.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Creepy spider.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
You raise the bracelet up in front of yourself and run your fingers over the beads. Your body shimmers with a gentle blue discoloration, silently shifting your appearance to create a perfect illusion from head to toe.
Kayleigh Jones created this artifact from the depths of her soul in order to protect both her friends and herself from the curious eyes of the real world.
The nature of the illusion is such that even the sensation of her tails brushing against those around her is wiped from their minds, replaced with the memory of a perfectly normal human woman.
Spend 2 Actions. This Effect cannot be used unless you are out of sight from anyone else.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance must have a similar sex, age, and race to your own. You cannot significantly change your height and weight. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.

This device is a piece of chrome the size and shape of the back of a spoon. When placed against the skin, small hypodermic needles sprout from the device and attach it to the user's bloodstream. There, it filters and releases lifesaving drugs into the bloodstream, granting complete immunity from contracting new diseases and added resiliency in all other cases.
