green flame erupts from this wand and is used to defend Ferb.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Perception + Occult Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much damage plus 3. Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded down against this damage.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Blake rolls the coin along his knuckles.
Exert your Mind and spend at least one Action. Select a Human target within 20 feet. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Alertness at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in hours. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire).
You may start a new fire as large as a firepit's fire at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 4 Damage per Round, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
Tiny nano bugs emerge from the ring and encircle the hand of the user.
The hand is severed and rapidly transported to the site of the jump once there voxel cubes emerge from it and form the portal.
The stump from the hand bleeds out blue black voxel discharge and blood while forming into the other end of the portal.
Once the user enters the portal they are slowly dissolved into voxels and those bits are transported unseen to the other end of the portal, where the user is reconstituted block by block.
Starting with the inside organs and ending with the clothing.
Finally the hand reattaches to the stump and the portal of voxels falls to the ground discolors into blood.
The first link in what hopes to be a long chain. A single node that will hopefully ensure the creation of more nodes. Making the conceptual reality, Polamedes starts building a chain that he will use to alter the very foundations of this world. Starting small a short hop from point to point.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 75 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
Instead of physically passing through the air, you are teleported directly to your destination. Does not allow you to go through walls, cages, or grapples.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see “The user is viscerally deconstituted and reconstituted at their entry and exit point.”.
You hold the badge to your head. You are able to quietly hear the sound of motorcycles as a door appears with the word B.A.C.A. on it. Three bikers wearing sunglasses and leather jackets with the B.A.C.A. Acronym on it step out. These are the ghost of three of the most devote B.A.C.A. Members who gave their lives, saving children.
Some of the things you see while on the job are truly gut wrenching. Some of those things can cause your body to physically revolt, leaving you with the feeling, that you could have done more.
“How about you pick on someone your own size!”
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon up to 3 Sapient B.A.C.A. Members at your location. They last for two hours or until they move more than 150 feet from you or are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 3 minions active at a time.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Nightmares about child abuse. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
You hold the artifact in front of the injury before saying:”Listen to me”. The artifact glows as the person using it does a pep talk to convince the other person to push thought and that everything will be alright.
They Target sees visions of all the children in need and suffering, which for some is too much to bare.
“Knowing, that there is someone who believes in you, is sometimes all that you need”.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must make a Trauma roll to reap the benefits of this Effect. They may choose to Resist the Effect and not make the roll. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
A badge displaying the symbol and Acronym for the Bikers against child abuse. It is a sign against the wickedness of people who think that what they do to these poor children is allowed.
You hold the badge to your heart and remember what you are fighting for. The badge begins to slightly glow before filling you with determination.
Seeing a child be abused is unforgivable.
It is our duty to make sure these kids stay safe, no matter what it takes.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
Your Stress from Injuries and Mind Damage is reduced to 0.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Unforgivable - An insult to or an attack towards a child simply cannot be tolerated.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
Having the badge means, having a responsibility, which you have accepted by taking the badge. Not having it on you as you sleep fills your nights with dread.
A tear rolls down their face, as they think about all the children in need. They feel a warm feeling in their chest, as the badge appears in their hand or right next to them.
We gotta do it for the kids man!
This Artifact cannot be broken. If this Artifact is lost and in no one else’s possession, it finds its way back to its true owner during the next Downtime.
By default, the creator of this Artifact is its true owner. The true owner may formally bequeath this Artifact onto another person within arm’s reach, after which they are its true owner. If the true owner dies or is destroyed, their ownership ends. If this Artifact has no true owner, anyone may spend one day attuning to it to become its true owner.
If this Artifact is in no one else’s possession, its true owner may Exert their Mind and spend two Actions to bring it to themselves.
This Artifact's true owner must have it with them to have restful sleep. They cannot regain Mind or Source while separated from this Artifact.
A stringed thread, weaved such a way that would be a symbol of not only protection, but strength and good faith. When the ward protects, it reveals to the user the possible futures of which they are affected, the past and present of whatever reason this affliction was placed upon thee.
To the outside eyes, the thread glows dimly, almost as if it were to warn the user of the thread being tangled. It grows, an a knot is formed as another string of fate has been subverted.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You get +0 dice to any Mind resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
Companions gawk at the sheer size and quantity of the equipment the survivalist stores in the Bug-out Bag, but when they open it, they find only a standard set of survival gear. Only when the survivalist opens it is its true capacity revealed.
This Artifact holds 5 times what it normally could inside of it. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in this Artifact. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the Artifact in the process.
If this Artifact is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
When scanned or investigated without opening, the contents of this container appear normal and unremarkable.
If anyone other than you opens the container, it appears empty. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents.
The survivalist has depended on the Bug-out Bag for so long, they've formed a powerful bond with the pack. This bond renders the pack unbreakable, and grants the survivalist an understanding of what direction it's in at all times.
This Artifact's true owner is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.
The spy can do up their passport to appear as any valid form of identification.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport but can be collapsed into a wallet and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Spend a Quick Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into a chosen Object. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
When used as identification and scanned, the scanner will act appropriately and bring up appropriate generic information. Further searches for the identity in the computer will turn up no results. This will not open security doors on its own.
The Axe of Legend's blade has been imbued with the metal of the dark lord of rock and roll. It shreds chords and flesh. The rock god commanding it may recall it to their hand at will.
This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly the same size as a sword / axe and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage.
You also gain the following effects:
The airship of solitude is the mad scientist's lair and preferred mode of travel. Not only does it include a full science laboratory, it can be collapsed into an incredibly small canvas cube and easily transported. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This blimp has full science laboratory, bullet-proof envelope, and ample parachutes. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
You also gain the following effects:
The Predatory Raiment has a cloak feature that allows its owner to hide themselves and their equipment with active camouflage. When viewed, they look like a slightly shifted and shimmering version of the surrounding environment.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are not at all wet and you are wearing this Artifact.
You and everything you are carrying is obscured in one of the following manners. You may Spend an Action to change the way in which you're concealed.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you or your equipment specifically from other, additional senses fails automatically.
If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
