Paul puppeteers Sunny Funny, she asks a small favour of someone. Her bright colors and joyous voice makes it hard to resist her charms.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action. Select a Human target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you are puppeteering this puppet. Your target cannot be engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in hours. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You must have some means of communicating this command to your target, but no one other than you and them will understand or perceive it.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
You must maintain Concentration while your command is being carried out. If you break Concentration, any active suggestions you have issued will end.
Much like the GPS, This app allows you to track people.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.
You automatically detect the closest of any Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.
Even if there are no Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.
Any Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS detected while the effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the effect ends, so long as they remain within 50 feet of you.
Sergeres held his creation forward and the manuscript flipped open. The pages slowly turning, revealing a soft light within. His power was that of the author. But this power was even more sacred. As it's caretaker, the manuscript was his charge. Just like a Librarian, it was his duty to protect it. In turn, it would protect him.

Select one of the following alterations to create out of Paper originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts indefinitely but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 3 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may sculpt your walls, domes, or tunnels as you create them, without any additional activation time or cost.
The hammer hits the device with full force. A golden aura will burst from the object and quickly dissipate.

Upgraded weapons count as any material your opponent might be particularly vulnerable to. Upgraded Armor cannot be circumvented by called shots. Upgraded Devices do not run out of fuel or energy.
After the Effect ends, any upgraded targets suffer a -3 dice penalty until they are either repaired or upgraded again.
A fully automatic pistol powered by a leprechaun's curse. It sprays bullets or coins, with each coin spent from the wielder’s own wealth to inflict gilded scars or shimmering marks. The curse ties the target to the gold, leaving them burdened by its gleaming touch.
Spend an Action. Select a Living or Animate target within 45 feet. You must use up Gold Coins in order to activate this Effect. Roll Dexterity + Athletics at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.
If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
You may affect up to 3 targets within range.
You may cure any Battle Scars you have created with this Effect with a Free Action on your initiative. They are healed over the course of the next hour.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 1.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.

More a large spike with a rounded handguard and a comfortable handle than a knife. 10 inches long in total with 6 inches of a glistening blue steel ready to ruin your day. When it extends, looks more like a lance than anything else... What is this thing?

This Artifact can be used as a rifle. It is roughly the same size as a rifle but can be collapsed into a metallic disk and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when activated, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.
