This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly the same size as a sword / axe and just as difficult to conceal. Unless The gift requires me to say "Burn away: Jihibukai taiyō" (im mute), this Artifact behaves as its mundane counterpart.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 3 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack.
Your Armor cannot be destroyed or shredded, and it always provides a minimum of 2 Armor regardless of any Armor penetration. Your Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Any Injury received from Damage that was reduced by this Armor is considered makeshift stabilized and will not degrade further. Any Battle Scar received from such an Injury is reduced by 1 level to a minimum of a Minor Battle Scar.
When you take Damage from a source which is within 5 feet, deal back as much Damage as your Armor prevented.
The user of this cloak's charm attributes increase by multiple stages, so much so that they receive a new skill:
Charm Offensive: Inflict such insufferable sweetness with your scolding, compliments, and greetings that they cause the target to care greatly for animals.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient or Creature target within 20 feet. Roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically.
If your Contested Outcome is positive, your target takes 1 point of Mind Damage and gains a new Trauma of your choice. The Trauma should be general and not specifically mention you. You should not have to be involved to trigger the Trauma.
This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Targets that receive a new Trauma are aware that you are interacting with them but they do not view it as an attack or view the resulting Trauma as malicious. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.

You gain the following benefits as long as the Host is in his Fallen form, you are wearing this Artifact, and you are engaged in unarmed combat.
+2 dice to rolls for Attacking, Defending, and Clashing without a weapon. Unarmed attacks do +0 Weapon Damage (instead of -1).
You may Defend against melee, projectile, or firearm Attacks from any range and Clash with those in range of your Attacks. Attacking materials like steel or spikes will not Damage you unless it has an Effect that does so.

Upon activation of the artifacts ability, the gashes on Ashandras palms split open as her blood flows through the engravings within the handle. This sacrifice of flesh and blood, and a coursing of the users will, allows for the transformation into a weapon of the users choice. The brush, once it begins to change, will glow pure white, akin to it's abilities of item creation. The end result is about double the size of the original brush, the handle changed to fit the general size of the handle of the chosen weapon, and the bristles changed to appear as the chosen weapons blade. The blade itself, fueled by both will and flesh, still appears purely white, but with an oil-like rainbow sheen about it. It is, additionally, notably powerful, but it allows not for the use of any other weapons. Such is the sacrifice of art.
This Artifact can be used as a great sword / giant axe. It is roughly at least twice as large as a great sword / giant axe and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.Unless Severity 1 Body damage., this Artifact behaves as its mundane counterpart.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their body and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Battle Scar: A gash in both palms.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.

Your Stress from Injuries and Mind Damage is reduced to 0.
Stress from Injuries acts as a dice bonus instead of penalty.
If you are Stunned, asleep, drugged, or otherwise made unconscious for any reason other than being Incapacitated, you may Exert your Mind to wake up. Any penalty which was caused by this condition is removed.
The Skeleton Key slips easily into any keyhole and turns without a fuss.

The 255TE "Lancer" Rife fires an extremely deadly spike of plasma at its targets. This Artifact holds 5 times what it normally could inside of it. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in this Artifact. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the Artifact in the process.
If this Artifact is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
When scanned or investigated without opening, the contents of this container appear normal and unremarkable.
If anyone other than you opens the container, it appears empty. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents.
The spy can do up their passport to take on the appearance of any valid form of identification they may need.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of forms of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
The airship of solitude is the mad scientist's lair and preferred mode of travel. Not only does it include a full science laboratory, it can be collapsed into an incredibly small canvas cube and easily transported. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This blimp has full science laboratory, bullet-proof envelope, and ample parachutes. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.
