Marnie is an Aquaman-style mermaid, with light blue-gray scales covering much of her body (although her face and hands, as well as most of her arms, are barely touched, leaving it easy to imagine that the few scales that are there are makeup or tattoos). These scales are hard and cold to the touch. She is easily able to swim and survive in the water, finding it easy to traverse, and wishes she could call it home permanently.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: mermaid. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted. Your Charisma is increased by 1.
Your body is adapted to swimming. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to swimming.
While in the water, heat, cold, pressure, and other atmospheric hazards do not affect you, and dangerous local flora and fauna will not bother you unless you give them a reason.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: scales on the back of her hand, making it hard to use as normal.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: believes marine life is superior to humans.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 Action. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use vehicle to activate this Effect. Cannot be used to improve Armor.
Lasts the next day. Your target receives 2 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +2 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed.
You may choose a second valid Device target while activating this Effect and splice both targets into a single new Device. The newly created item has the same size as the larger of the two initial targets, and can be used to perform the same actions as either of the original items. It receives 2 to those actions for the next day.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Preston raises his arms, wiggles his fingers, and little sparkles fly out and woosh around the object in question. It shudders to life and follows his commands, including to do things it was not designed to do.
Exert your Mind (unless targeting a weapon or explosive) and an Action. Select a Inanimate target within arm's reach which could fit inside an SUV (4,000 liters). You must actively and obviously use a pointed hat with stars and moons to activate this Effect.
Your target will become Animated indefinitely. You may choose to end the effect at will, as a Free Action. You can maintain a max of 4 targets animated at once.
Animated Objects have the following restrictions and capabilities:
Arthur Annuler is wreathed in a black mist, then disappears for a short amount of time into the gap between realities. The spot he disappeared from leaves an imprint of black mist behind. Arthur is fully capable of moving in the gap between realities.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You phase out of reality for 3 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world but may take mental and self-targeting Actions. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
You leave An imprint of black mist in the shape of Arthur behind at your location in the real world when you use this effect.
She pulls out a firework and uses it to rocket herself into the air

You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
Processing a gallon of water through his body; he's able to produce a special speech-granting liquid which while temporary, if absorbed into the body, allows the victims to speak in his language for about an hour before their body processes it.

Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
Come one, come all! Stand in amazement and behold as the Fire Eater consumes a flame as if it were cotton candy! Gasp with fright as they breathe a plume of fire a great distance! And yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is quite dangerous.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: perform a fire-breathing trick. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you take a Severity-4 Injury as the fire burns your throat. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a fire in a residential fireplace at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 3 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
The aquamancer is an adept swimmer and moves with agility in or out of the water.
You gain the following benefits at all times.

The Toon performs some sort of cartoonish act of violence. This may be handing someone a bomb, hitting someone with a cartoon mallet, burping a burp that is so noxious it melts flesh, or anything else as long as it is cartoonish.
The attack is more of a throwaway gag than a plot element, so any props or properties of the attack are incidental and disappear immediately. Animated mallets evaporate in a puff of smoke, fire does not spread, and electricity cannot power devices.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
