Momma Ettu can verbally summon a 'Bogeyman' by verbally implying one is present and a danger, through story or statement like 'There's a bogeyman in these woods' or 'Ive heard bogeyman... " Etc.
Immediately after, a medium dog-sized, indistinguishable ball of teeth (think Stephen King's Langoliers) will appear from somewhere out of sight (behind a tree, or around a corner or something when possible, but directly behind them if no other options are available within 15 feet or so). They follow Ettu's lore given during the summons, although she can always change the story. They will always attempt to approach stealthed, and hunt as a predator would- lunging when the target is distracted, when they're spotted, or when they manage to get close enough to catch the target unaware- where they will promptly lunge at the targets throat or chest area.

I manipulate reality to create minions from reflective surfaces.
If a solid, it distorts and warps, expanding until 7 ft tall and into the form of a Wiendgo.
If a liquid, a pint of that liquid is required to create the body of the Wiendgo. The process is similar to that of using a solid surface as fuel.
In either case, the fuel is used up to make the body of the summoned minion.

Sally extends her hand out into the thin air, where the spirit lies in wait. The horrid little creature that she once assumed to be an amalgamation of intrusive thoughts and her own subconscious, stabs it’s little fangs into her, and begins to grow from the blood, drawing in nearby dirt and earth until it is a bloody clay, and once it is full it dries into flesh. For many years the spirit has demanded that it be fed blood, and now it finally gets what it wants.

The Vampire is able to turn one of their victims into a lesser vampire, a pale shadow of a full creature of the night but useful nonetheless. Having drained and killed their target, the Vampire performs a brief ritualistic bloodletting, wherein they spill their own blood into the target's mouth, forcing them to drink, and bonding them together as child and sire.
Shortly afterwards, the fledgling vampire will rise from death, hungry for blood and eager to serve.
