You raise your fist up in the air and you close your eyes to picture a location and once that's done, the gem will glow and you will be teleported.
Spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Location which is at most 75 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically. If you are using this Effect as a Reaction, you must travel at least 10 feet.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
Instead of physically passing through the air, you are teleported directly to your destination. Does not allow you to go through walls, cages, or grapples.
When you use this Effect as a Reaction to dodge, if you Exert your Mind to activate the Effect, you do not need to roll; your dodge is automatically successful.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
The user touches their target and concentrates on the injuries/scars they want to transfer from/to them. The ring starts to glow with white light and like being liquified the injuries/scars travel towards the ring, make a round through it and end up in the other side's body.
The Greek goddess of curing sickness and healing wounds Aceso was said to have given this ring to a noble follower who wanted to take on warriors' afflictions and heal them while they went back to fight. In later generations, of course, this item would be used for much more selfish goals.
This artifact was loaned to one Jacob Sterns by the British Museum.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. If a target does not consent to the transfer, you must roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6 to use the effect on them. They can resist by rolling either Body or Mind at Difficulty 6, depending on what you are attempting to transfer to them.
You may choose a single instance of one of the following to transfer from your target to yourself, or from yourself to them:
Whenever you transfer an Injury, it's Severity increases by 1. Whenever you transfer Mind damage or Traumas, the recipient takes an additional Mind damage.

The hacking roll and their defensive roll are both Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
You may issue a "self-destruct" command that leaves the hacked system's hardware inoperable, even if that machine had no such functionality previously. Only works on Computers.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
He knows just where to patch, where to short circuit, and what seemingly cheap repairs will somehow hold.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. The area within 20 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Intellect + Brawl at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 20 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 2. Armor is fully effective against this damage. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

By merely mentioning that someone 'has it coming', on success, the target is afflicted with a functionally invisible karmic curse.
It's just.. the *worst* luck.
A root easily tripped across, a car that grazes them as they're crossing the street, or perhaps a monkey in a nearby tree haphazardly tossing a coconut-
The target will find themselves incredibly accident-prone, taking a minor 1 point injury per day, randomly.
Their 'destiny' is ripped away from them, and it's as though the universe itself is conspiring against them. A bird may fly in front of their fireball as they throw it. They may get accosted by a more of dust blown up their nose and randomly sneeze and interrupt themselves as they try to do a power.
This does not summon anything new, or create a disease in the target, it just ensures something in the environment will hurt them when the damage is 'due'
Randomly aggressive animals and freak accidents are usually how to damage is dealt.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 25 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless Someone must hear her mention that the target deserves whatever is coming.. Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Destroying one of your zombies requires a called shot to the head or heart. All other Injuries zombies suffer result in Battle Scars only, limiting their mobility and effectiveness in other ways.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use a watch or clock to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 2 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.

The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
