You must use up a smoking object in order to activate this Effect.
You may make an oath with a Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and all participants must say your name to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
The target may be at any range, but you must still be able to communicate the terms to them, and they must be able to say your name.

Moments later, a small, fluffy cloud begins to descend from the heavens, looking almost like a soft, white piece of the sky itself, reminiscent of ancient tales.
As the cloud draws nearer, Pete braces himself, then performs a flawless somersault, landing deftly on top of the cloud. The cloud feels surprisingly solid beneath his feet, and a sense of lightness envelops him. With a focused mind, Pete maintains his concentration, ensuring the ritual's success. He stands on the cloud, which gently rises, lifting him above the ground.
The cloud, now carrying Pete, begins to move smoothly and silently. As he gains altitude, he feels an exhilarating sense of freedom. The landscape below grows smaller, and the wind rushes past him. He leans forward slightly, and the cloud responds, moving forward with ease, though it sways gently, almost as if it had a playful spirit.
While flying, Pete can maneuver the cloud with incredible agility, reminiscent of the legendary journey of Sun Wukong. He darts left and right, ascends and descends with precision, the cloud effortlessly following his movements. It sways and moves with a life of its own, a subtle nod to its mythical origins.
As Pete glides through the air, the world below unfolds in a breathtaking panorama. The cloud remains steady beneath him, providing a safe and reliable platform. For two hours, Pete soars through the skies, exploring the world from a bird's-eye view, immune to the dangers of falling and reveling in the unmatched freedom of flight. The cloud, seemingly imbued with ancient magic, hints at its legendary origin tied to the mythical Monkey King.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Pete Whistles and waits for a small cloud to descend from the sky he dodges it with a somersault landing on top then. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. This Effect remains active for two hours.
As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage and may hover in place mid-air. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.
You may ascend into the air and fly using your Small Cloud. You require 10 feet of clear space on all sides to fly. You may add 50 feet to Movement you take while flying.

While using Atlas, he uses his paws to grab, capture, or slap away bullet-speed projectiles and or attacks, stopping their momentum and power as he holds them in his grip. He may then crush or discard the attack immediately after, leaving little sign of damage.

When activating this skill on someone else he simply makes a promise to help protect them from harm. While mundane, when an attack comes to strike at the person he nearly teleports, suddenly appearing near or around the promised target being attacked. Moving at speeds to intercept it before reappearing in his previous location as if not having moved at all.
Spend an Action. Select a Animate target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. This Effect cannot be used unless Atlas is active. Roll Brawn + Athletics at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around your target, which absorbs the next Outcome +2 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may have up to 3 barriers active at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is he declares a promise to help someone, these words hold an unnatural weight to them and hang heavily on the targets heart for a brief moment. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
The seasoned necromancer's darkest art spits in the face of the natural order. Given sufficient preparation, they may temporarily revive any dead individual.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last month.
Your target rises as an Animate being. They remember their past life and retain their same personality. They can communicate as they would have been able to in life. They may roll Mind, Difficulty 8, to resist any commands you give them.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Attributes are all the same as they were in life. Raised creatures have access to any Effects they had in life.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The priest's miracles expand into the treatment and curing of poisons and diseases. To do so, they require a ceremonial dedication (or often re-dedication) to the service of their god, during which the priest and the patient pray together and perform ritualistic bloodletting. These wounds burn with holy, golden fire, attacking the sinful malady and expelling it from the body.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. Your target takes a Severity 1 Injury. You must actively and obviously use a ceremonial dagger blessed with holy water to activate this Effect.
You may cure any Non-Alien diseases, toxins, or poisons afflicting your target even if you have not diagnosed or fully understood it. You may cure diseases or poisons even if they are not treatable through modern medicine. During treatment, the malady you are treating does not progress or cause additional Damage or other effects.
You may use this effect to sanitize a 15-foot radius, destroying all poisons, toxins, diseases such that they are inert and cannot affect any new targets
Driving rugged vehicles in a combat situation is second nature to the Soldier. They measure their shots and navigate obstacles with a subtle timing that doesn't affect the steadiness of their own or their passengers' weapons. Firing a few shots through the windshield or window while performing dangerous driving maneuvers is also no problem.

True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
