The power to grievously injure a target.
Used by Bob, Created by Batsonic.
(This Effect is obviously Alien when used. When activating this Effect, it is obvious you are attacking the target. )

a belch that has a stench strong enough you can see

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll Brawn + Survival Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.

If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4.

Any Injury inflicted is considered Unstabilized no matter its Severity. The roll required to Stabilize it is treated as though it is a minimum of Severity 6. These wounds do not heal naturally, though Effects may still be used to heal them.

You may choose to have this Effect Damage all targets in a perfectly straight line up to its maximum range.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of Effect. There must be no substantial obstructions between you and your target.

Community Power Gifts

Spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use MITTCG® cards to activate this Effect. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.

You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.

You may store MITTCG® monsters in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a rolling luggage bag (50 liters), and you may store up to 5 of them at a time.

Animate targets may Resist being stashed.

  • Containers which hold multiple things may count as a single item so long as the things within are generally packaged together. For instance, you may stash a clip full of bullets, a medical kit full of medical supplies, or a box of crackers, but you cannot stash a backpack full of miscellaneous equipment.
  • You may only attempt to store Objects which are free-standing and disconnected from other things. The use of this Effect will not allow you to sever any connections holding an Object in place.
  • The Maximum Object Size parameter is intended to roughly capture the weight / size restriction of items and isn’t intended to restrict shape. GM discretion is advised. A human being is level 4 in the Maximum Object Size parameter.

You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using a control collar to gain the benefits of this Effect.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: raccoon girl. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living Creature when targeted. Your Brawn is increased by 1, your Dexterity is increased by 1, your Perception is increased by 1, your Charisma is increased by 1, and your Intellect is increased by 1.

You can squeeze through any cracks and passageways a cat would be able to.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Disfigured - Fuzzy.

You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.

You cannot ignore or decrease the effects of Stress for any Self-Control rolls you make.

The Severity of any Injury caused by radiation is increased by 2.

  • Even though you're targetable as a Creature, you still are also targetable as a Sapient being.
  • The increase in Injury Severity stacks with any similar effects, such as the Silver Bullets drawback on Regeneration.
  • Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Spend one minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively converse with the individual in question for one minute in order to gather any information. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.

You learn all the following information about your target:

  • You learn the target's name, nicknames, screen names, and aliases.
  • You learn details about the target's family.

The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.

Any information you gather is induced by Sir Seymore to be willingly shared, even if the target would never do so. Occasionally, Seymore's courtesy may inspire in them insights they might not normally have and made publicly available.

This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.

You cannot investigate the same target more than once per day.

  • Family Low Outcome gives info like number of siblings. High Outcome can give names, a random detail about their routines, etc.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

The tiny robot itself seems to be made up of small metal plates which seems to be keeping an large amount of wires and circuits behind it. the metal plates themselves seems to be some lightweight Aluminum. moving on to the back of the robots 'Head' there is a small projector right next to its camera that seems to project a hologram of whatever it's seen. that seems to play back anything it might of seen with it's little camera 'eye'. right under its eye what looks like a small tube that seems to fire .22 Bullets..

The Robot itself seems to be able to run very fast due to its lightweight metal and very efficient servo motors which allow it to run up to 4.5 meters per second.

What really gives this tiny two-leg robot its 'uniqueness' is when Viktor infuses it when some of his mana from his 'Heart'.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

Summon a single Non-Sapient, Animate Two-legged robot, that has what looks like a camera ontop of it at your location. They last until they are destroyed They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most one active at a time.

  • Initiative: Minions act directly after you in Combat starting the Round after they are summoned.
  • Combat: Minions roll 4 dice to dodge, Grapple, or make unarmed Attacks. Their Attacks have 50 feet of range and deal +2 Damage.
  • Body/Mind: Minions have 3 Body. They automatically fail all Mind resistance rolls.
  • Armor: Minions have 1 Armor.
  • Movement: Minions can move 35 feet per Round as Free Movement and double that when performing an all-out Sprint.
  • Intelligence: Minions have dog-level intelligence and can speak your language. They cannot actively use Equipment.
  • Actions: Any Perception rolls they make have 7 dice. They can lift and haul as though they have 2 Brawn.
  • Unusual: Minions are obviously Alien to any observer.

  • Your minions may count as additional targeting types based on their flavor. For example: Living, Computer, Creature, etc.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

  • Hearing: You are capable of perceiving physical shapes via sound. You must produce a Humming to “ping” with your echolocation each Round you wish to use it.

Stock Power Gifts

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.

You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.

You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghostly image of yourself meditating.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a clock or watch to activate this Effect.

You phase out of reality for 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.

When you phase out, you may bring up to 1 additional target in arm's reach with you.

  • You may use your Free Movement on the Round you phase back in, but you cannot take an Action.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Creature within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is a terrestrial animal.

For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.

Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You cannot make them obviously endanger themselves or violate their instinct for self-preservation. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.

Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.

  • Your commands must be directly communicated to your target in some way, though this does not require a shared language.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with playing cards.

+2 dice to all rolls utilizing playing cards.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Point Control: Called Shots that you attempt only require a Contested Outcome of 2 for small targets and 4 for tiny targets.
  • Ricochet: You can make a thrown attack against a target behind cover so long as there is at least one exposed pathway to them.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a watch or clock to activate this Effect.

Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.

Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).

While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.

  • The time reduction on non-Movement Actions applies only to the parts of actions when your personal speed is a factor,: pouring water or smoking a steak are not affected, but constructing a shelter or picking a lock would be. The GM will determine how much the total time is reduced based on how relevant personal speed is to the task.
  • Any Encumbrance penalty to your movement still applies, but you do not suffer from any sort of exhaustion.
  • Damage from a collision depends on your speed at the time, as well as what you hit. GM's discretion, but generally moving faster than a car on the freeway and hitting a dense, solid object like a wall or a tree should be lethal. Mundane armor will not apply, but any supernatural forms of protection will.
