(This Effect is obviously Alien when used. )

Cold to the touch. Through his will, Verglas create a stream of liquid nitrogen. While he does this, his hands are coated in a thin, insulating layer of ice which protects his hands from any additional damages. While being great for fueling his cryogenic research needs, it also works as a great way to remove any... undesirables.

For now, it takes awhile, but soon enough, it'll become something much greater.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless You are creating Liquid Nitrogen.

Choose an Object which could fit inside a regular backpack (up to 27 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic. You cannot create explosives. You cannot create firearms.

Roll Intellect + Science to fabricate your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. The created item lasts 2 hours.

You may produce Liquid Nitrogen with this Effect without Exerting your Mind or making a roll. The amount produced is double your normal maximum volume.
