Boe immunity
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You get +2 dice to any Body resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
- Inoculation: If you succeed a Body resistance roll against an Effect, you are immune to that Effect for the next 24 hours.
- Purge Toxins: You may take a Severity-1 Injury to cancel the effect of any non-Alien drug, poison, or toxin in your system, as long as you are aware of its existence.
- Survivor: You are immune to all non-Alien diseases.
- These bonuses apply only to Body rolls made to resist Effects and other supernatural phenomena. They do not apply to other contexts such as attacks made while under the Creature Transformation Effect.

Akuloth
Also known as "His Sacred White Worm". But I avoid calling it that in polite company.
Saša seems to just shrug off most illnesses with little to no reaction.
The Akuloth is a tape-worm like creature that was fed to Saša's mother while she was still pregnant. The creature latched onto Saša's still developing spine, fusing with it. It is now functionally invisible, except for those who know what to look for during a surgery.
The Akuloth is able to shield Saša from illness and any other bodily ailments by consuming them.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You get +2 dice to any Body resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:

UA-566 now seems capable of shrugging off the effects of most any illness or biological toxin. They have been seen to occasionally fall ill to their strange diet of living rodents, but this has become less and less common as of late. Cross testing with SCP contagions will likely begin once UA-566 seems capable of handling more than mundane illnesses.

This device is a piece of chrome the size and shape of the back of a spoon. When placed against the skin, small hypodermic needles sprout from the device and attach it to the user's bloodstream. There, it filters and releases lifesaving drugs into the bloodstream, granting complete immunity from contracting new diseases and added resiliency in all other cases.
WARNING: The immunizing drugs have been shown to reduce inhibitions in test subjects.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.

- All Brawn No Brain: You suffer a -2 dice penalty on Mind resistance rolls.
