Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

I wrote out a 900 word story about how Salvator learnt to talk and then the gift didn't save (probably because I wrote so much) and I cant be arsed doing it again. Long story short, he believes he can do anything when he's wearing his cardigan.

Tongue of the Moon
Charlie invokes the secret language of the beast, and uses a combination of audible sounds, sub-sonic communication and body language to communicate unto a creature how it would with another of its species.
Due to spiraling mutations and the recent information that had come to light about the actions of Genwyld, Charlie had stopped taking her pills that were supplied after every contract. And yet, when this almost drove her to retirement, someone happened that nobody expected. Voices from the trees, the birdsong itself was made language to her, as vulgar as they were. The animal sounds made while fully transformed? Those were understandable as well. Every noise by every beast were now a language she could hear if she took the time to listen.

Artist's Interpretation
Many things can be left up to interpretation, this is just how I see it.
Yvonnel using her artist's intuition can supernaturally understand the meaning or message of any writing, painting, or anything that may be considered art/artful. If one were to look at her eyes while she's doing this, they'd notice that they've gone from bright amber to glowing yellow with slitted pupils.

This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.

Seance
Now everyone hold hands... I'm kidding, don't touch me.
Putting forth a beacon in the storm, Widow calls to the dead through the bonds of love it had in life.
The soul Widow calls sees the beacon in the dark, a call from a reaper. It takes time to bring the soul through the veils of the underworld, but the respect of the station demands answers. The station itself requires one to prove they should be respected. If the called dead has a desperate request, Widow must make a Self-control roll to resist the request as a potential loose end.
(This must be a desperate, whole hearted, selfless need. "Tell my daughter I am passed so she can move on." "Stop my killer from killing my family.")
Spend an Action. Select a human or Dead target within 50 feet. For dead targets, you must possess their their name.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
You may only use this Effect once per target per day.

Zodiara is the celestial gift of speaking with animals, channeling the wisdom of the stars to bridge the gap between species. Those who wield this power can understand and be understood by creatures of all kinds, their voices carried through the cosmic currents that connect all living beings.

The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within 50 feet. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
