The effects of Causal Diction on a passive level can be used to help the user communicate with other beings on a level of mutual understanding. It is less through words themselves and more through emotion that a connection is made. The user becomes more in tune with the fundamental cause and effect of the universe. While active and speaking to a single individual, you may choose to use glib tongue. When you do, anything you say to them (even gibberish) will be exactly what they want to hear. You gain no understanding of what that might be.

Whenever you encounter a Language you could commune in with this Effect, you immediately understand which language it is, the dialect, region, and other details about it.
