Able to land shots that'd have a man crumple in just the right way that there isn't even a whisper on him landing and ensure that the hostage survives the shot. Espionage has allowed him to make great use of these talents as extraction of information or of a target are often critical mission types, and thus those skills have been honed even further.

+2 dice to all Firearms issued by the US navy rolls.
You also gain the following effects:

- Silent Killer: If your shot would kill or incapacitate your target, they make no sound, even incidentally, for the next Round.

CryptoLeak: Silence is Broken
CryptoLeak is a video streaming platform with a singular goal: to allow users to upload and share video content, no matter what. Videos uploaded to cryptoleak cannot be removed, doctored, or censored.
Despite a near-universal condemnation by world leaders, most people greatly appreciate CryptoLeak. It's the go-to platform for posting illuminations, whistleblowing evidence, and data leaks.
CryptoLeak is a mundane technlogical entity that cannot be controlled or destroyed. It has no backing business or organization. It utilizes a distributed architecture that allows it to host content across the entire world, sharding and mirroring its petabytes of data accross millions of personal devices. Content uploaded to CryptoLeak is immutable and cannot be doctored or redacted by any known means.
For once, technology has put the power in the hands of the little guys.
World governments and other powerful organizations can still censor or restrict access to CryptoLeak within their domains, and they sometimes utilize the platform for misinformation and psy-ops campaigns. However, for most people, CryptoLeak represents the freedom to speak and be heard.
Of course, simply uploading a video does not gaurentee it will be seen or gain traction, nor does it protect you from any consequences that may come along with pulling back the veil. . .

Its like its something out of a movie!
Despite his imprisonment to only stay on an island, with these recent contracts, his old skills are returning to him as he the contracts has evoked the memories along with a side of a new improvement on this. Pushing what he can do with his hands and guns to the limit it doing so as they move swiftly from target to target, using both hands truly reacquiring his taste for old fashioned weapons.
You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with firearms.
Your attacks with firearms deal +1 Bonus Damage. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
You also gain the following effects:
- Quick Fingers: Drawing your weapon is a Free Action as long as it is on your person. You may reload as a Free Action.
- Swift Shooter: You may move your full sprint distance and make an attack without a movement penalty in the same Round of combat.
- Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.

The clicking of triggers and ensuing hail of gunfire are practically a lullaby to Tony. His natural attunement to firearms goes as far as to allow them to practically levitate into his hands when he needs them, and split his focus to reload *while* shooting. Does that make any sense? Who cares, you're dead.

255TE "Lancer" Rife
"Why steal it if you can't use it?""I'll figure it out eventually."
The 255TE "Lancer" Rife fires an extremely deadly spike of plasma at its targets. It comes standard with a volume control, allowing the soldier to mute its normally fearsome lightning crack report for stealth missions. When not in use, it can collapse into a small metal disk that can fit into any utility belt.
This Artifact can be used as a rifle. It is roughly the same size as a rifle but can be collapsed into a metallic disk and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +5 Weapon Damage.
You also gain the following effects:
- Silencer: The report of any shots you fire may be made silent at will.
- If there is not enough free space to expand the object, it cannot be expanded. You cannot expand this Object as an attack.
- Reminder: additional Weapon Damage granted by this Effect does not stack with any other bonus to Weapon Damage. Instead the largest bonus is used.
- Rifles are +1 Difficulty to use in melee range. Sniper Rifles are +3 Difficulty to use without a tripod or in melee range. Setting up a tripod takes an Action.
Marksmanship Training

The Soldier has spent a healthy ten thousand hours training with the weapons of their military. They are deadly when wielding any firearm made in their home country. Drawing their standard issue at the start of a confrontation is pure reflex, and they may plan their shots to deal collateral damage to those behind their target.
You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with firearms made in your home country.
+2 dice to all firearms made in your home country rolls.
You also gain the following effects:
- Point Control: Called Shots that you attempt only require a Contested Outcome of 2 for small targets and 4 for tiny targets.
