Trained Senses
After being trapped in that literal jungle for 14 years and then thrown back into the (arguable worse) urban jungle: Fergus has been fine tuned to hear and see everything. Nothing gets past him nowadays.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
- Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
- Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

With the 'pop!' of a connecting circuit, this artifact causes a jolt of electricity to bolt through the user's body, lighting up the veins in their arms with electric blue light and crackling static. With their being lit up as a conduit for this new source of power, the artifact focuses some of the user's senses into those best for a genius' work.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Touch: You can identify any material with a touch and immediately find what you are looking for when rummaging, assuming it is actually present. You may withdraw items from your bags with a Quick Action instead of an Action.
Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their body and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Battle Scar: Crackling Veins - Electricity surges through your arms to enhance the senses, producing a blue glow and the crackle of static under the skin. You take a -2 dice penalty to all Stealth rolls, and direct skin contact with metal surfaces produces an electric spark. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.
- “Rummaging" means digging through trash, finding a needle in a haystack, etc.
Sound Technician's Innate Senses
"Just kind of a sense you get at some point"
In an instant, Michael can pick up discrepancies between even the smallest of sounds and frequencies. Sound is just a whole lotta waves and signals, and he's on the same wavelength.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.
Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.
Corpse Collector - Spirit Vision
Beyonders can use Spirit Vision to see non-physical things, such as ghosts and specters. They could see the different parts of a Soul, deduce a person's health and emotions through it, and determine if something has a magical aura.
They can “see” obstructed objects and “hear” faint footsteps, allowing them to take preemptive judgment. However, their visual, auditory, and tactile senses do not have any enhancements.
Electro-reception doesnt actually work as electro-reception. It only lets you detect a beings aura/electrical signal, (cause you can only take 1 "other" enhancement.)

- Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 50 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.
- Spirit Vision - see non-physical things, such as ghosts and specters, They can “see” obstructed objects and “hear” faint footsteps, allowing them to take preemptive judgment. However, their visual, auditory, and tactile senses do not have any enhancements
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.
Psychic radar
By utilizing both his mind lightly press downwards to receive feedback he is capable of finding things. The wooshing sound is air displacement around the ear, it can easilly be mistaken for wind or a draft of air.

- Hearing: You are capable of perceiving physical shapes via sound. You must produce a kind of a wooshing sound to “ping” with your echolocation each Round you wish to use it.

After pushing his senses to the limit for an entire Contract, Theodore managed to access a whole new level of his gifts, his senses breaking past human limits and revealing a whole new layer to the world, accessed through his sensitive horns

- Smell: Your nose is highly sensitive and can differentiate between scents the way a dog can, as well as recognize things you have smelled before.
- Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 50 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.

Even in human form, the werewolf retains their incredible sense of smell. This helps them track their prey and learn where people and things have been.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Smell: Your nose is highly sensitive and can differentiate between scents the way a dog can, as well as recognize things you have smelled before.
Predator/Prey
The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way. Lasts for three hours.
- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.
