Legacy Power: Too Drunk To Feel It

Description

So long as Hank is drunk, he is able to shrug off attacks like they were nothing.

System

You have 3 Armor, which reduces incoming damage from physical attacks. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. Passive, but only in effect while drunk. Armor rating is lowered by 1 for each hit taken, but recharges back up after blocking no damage for two successive rounds.


Enhancements

  • Concealed (Using this Effect is not obvious. Choose a Tell that occurs only when you use the Effect; if-- and only if-- someone suspects that a Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.)

Drawbacks

  • Recharging Shield (Any time your Armor prevents Damage, your Armor rating is temporarily decreased by 2. Whenever it goes five Rounds without preventing any Damage, it is restored back to its full value.)
  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - Alcohol
