Description

A new artifact has made its way into Auroras possession, this time in the form of a 16th century bifurcated Japanese hira shuriken. This ancient weapon was used for a wide variety of tasks from being lethal implements, wrapping cord around it and lighting on fire before throwing to start fires, or as distraction tools to help slow down an enemies advance. Hira shuriken were most commonly used by Samurai as defensive tools, though there are unverifiable reports of shinobi also using them as weapons. This shuriken is special in the sense that it is actually two shuriken in one, able to separate down the middle. These were also in transit overseas to be returned to a Japanese Museum after being loaned in the U.S. but unfortunately never made it.
