Eyes on the Prize
The scar mildly resembling an eye spreads and contracts at a stead pace, in the center a drop of blood forms and remains there as the man surveys the dark corridor around him.
Rohan has made contact with a powerful artifact during his career as a pirate. The scar is the result of this, and grants him a more intricate view into the world around him.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your scar on your left wrist.
Your Perception rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Constant Vigilance: You cannot be ambushed or caught-flat footed when awake. When asleep, you can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6 to wake up in time.
- Slow Time: You may substitute your Perception as the Attribute for any rolls made for Reactions.
- Weak Points: You may use Perception in place of Dexterity on attack rolls.
- Can't Unsee: Any Trauma rolls you make are rolled at +2 Difficulty.
- You can still be ambushed if you are incapacitated, stunned, or being kept unconscious supernaturally.
- If your scar on your left wrist is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

Eye of Limbo
"It's all so clear now..."
You have developed a large third eye on your forehead, it functions as a normal eye, but it contains power. When you need to call open it's power, the eye opens wide and begins to glow.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Third Eye.
Your Perception rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Clear-Sighted: If you see an illusion, disguise, or other false reality, you recognize it as such but cannot immediately see through it.
- Gut Feeling: You may roll Perception + Alertness Difficulty 7 to detect when someone is watching you remotely, even through supernatural means. Requires Outcome 4 or higher.
- If your Third Eye is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Seer's Teachings

Using your cane as a conduit for supernatural forces, you have access to a consistent sort of zen state which allows you to keep your hearing sharp as a knife at all times.
You gain the following benefits as long as your environment is not overly noisy and you have your cane.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Constant Vigilance: You cannot be ambushed or caught-flat footed when awake. When asleep, you can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6 to wake up in time.
- Saw it Coming: Any time you make a Desperate Defense, you successfully avoid the incoming Attack without making a roll.You do not suffer a dice penalty next Round. You may use Source to make a Desperate Defense.
- You can still be ambushed if you are incapacitated, stunned, or being kept unconscious supernaturally.
- If your cane is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Predator not the Prey
Its just a Yautja.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Yautja control Panel.
Your Perception rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Constant Vigilance: You may React to surprise Attacks, and you do not automatically lose initiative if ambushed or caught-flat footed. +2 dice to Initiative.
- Gut Feeling: You may roll Perception + Alertness Difficulty 7 to detect when someone is watching you remotely, even through supernatural means. Requires Outcome 4 or higher.
- You can still be ambushed if you are incapacitated, stunned, or being kept unconscious supernaturally.
- If your Yautja control Panel is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.

Eyes of the Predator
“You can run, you can hide but I’ll see you long before you see me.”
When Huey activates this heightened sense, his pupils dilate unnaturally, taking on a faint, luminous amber glow a subtle reminder of his lycanthropic nature. To anyone paying close attention, his gaze becomes eerily focused, as if peeling back layers of reality to notice details others would never perceive.
When the ability fully kicks in (especially when Huey Exerts his Mind for an automatic Outcome), the world seems to slow down from his perspective. Colors become sharper, sounds more distinct, and every movement in his surroundings appears exaggerated, as if caught in the crosshairs of an apex predator.
Huey’s curse as a werewolf has sharpened his instincts far beyond natural human limits. Over time, this heightened awareness evolved from a mere survival tool into something far more powerful an apex hunter’s intuition that allows him to read the environment like an open book.
His senses don’t just extend outward they pierce through shadows, fog, and the veil of human ignorance. The downside of this heightened perception is that some horrors can never be unseen; each time his instincts save him, his mind pays the toll, teetering closer to the edge of trauma with every unspeakable sight.
Whether it’s spotting a threat from twice the normal distance or catching a glimpse of the supernatural where others see nothing, Eyes of the Predator turns Huey into a living radar for danger and the consequences of what he perceives could haunt him forever.

Eye for Drama
Both character and meta experience have honed Daisuke's instincts to the edge. With the line between his alter and himself constantly blurring life feels like a show, the potential for a dramatic villain entrance, or a high budget explosion. Anxiety fuels him and keeps him going with a degree of pseudo precognition, consequently however every incident feels like a failure on his part, failure at preventing it and/or not predicting it.
As an older/edgier variant, a common theme in Kamen Rider is the tragedy of their situation and how they often fail at protecting their friends and families. They're shouldered with a burden that eats away at them and makes them question themselves, their power and their cause.
