This Artifact allows you to detect all nearby sources of major environmental contamination and weapons of mass destruction.

(You must obviously use this Artifact to activate this Effect. When activating this Effect, this Artifact is obviously Alien and cannot be concealed under your clothes or similar.)

Iryna pulls out a contraption that looks like a cross between a printing calculator, a Geiger counter, and a TI-82, tuned together and strapped to her wrist. She turns it on and sweeps the area, tuning it to the latent radiation around her to find the places where it’s most disturbed. It scans the area and prints out the coordinates as well as any instructions on how to get to the weapon.

You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

Even if there are no sources of major environmental contamination or weapons of mass destruction within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

The means by which any sources of major environmental contamination and weapons of mass destruction are hidden or disguised is made clear to you, as well as how to access them if they are secured. This includes objects secured via the Stash Effect.

  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.
  • This Effect does not satisfy the line of sight targeting requirement for other Effects.

You automatically detect all object that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.

You automatically detect all objects that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

Even if there are no objects that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations.

  • Land Swimmer: You are able to swim through sand, mud, snow, and other semi-solid materials as long as they are made of loose pieces or are not particularly dense. While doing so, you move at half your normal movement speed.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Stroking the mirror along it's entire sides, while repeating "Mirror mirror oh so tiny, Please show me something shiny". You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Artifacts within 300 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

The means by which any Artifacts are hidden or disguised is made clear to you, as well as how to access them if they are secured. This includes objects secured via the Stash Effect.

To effectively remove weapons you need to know where they are. The user of this artifact will be able to see through solid matter to find weapons.

You may perceive things within 75 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.

Others near you may choose to observe what you are perceiving by engaging in physical contact.

You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

You automatically detect all object that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all illegal materials within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You do not learn any details about the detected items.
