Gen-Wyld: Beyond Natural

This Artifact can be used as a Great Sword/Giant Axe. It is roughly at least twice as large as a Great Sword/Giant Axe and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.

Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal 2 Weapon Damage +3 Bonus Damage. The target's fully effective

You also gain the following effects:

• Blade Breaker: If you successfully Defend against a melee attack or if an opponent is unsuccessful at Defending against your melee attack, you may break your opponent's weapon.
• Fancy Footwork: You may move your full Dash distance and attack with your Melee weapon in the same Round without penalty. You may also split your movement before and after your attack.
• Shredder: If you successfully hit your target, the value of any armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. This penalty lasts until the armor is repaired.

This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly at least twice as large as a sword / axe and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.

Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Aberrant Vanquisher. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

You also gain the following effects:

• Bane: Injuries dealt to Otherworldly beings are increased by 2 Severity levels.
• Blade Breaker: If you successfully Defend against a melee attack or if an opponent is unsuccessful at Defending against your melee attack, you may break your opponent's weapon.
• Mjolnir: You may call your weapon back to your hand as a Quick Action if it is within 50 feet of you. Can only be used on melee weapon that you have wielded in the past hour.
• Shredder: If you successfully hit your target, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. For material armor, this penalty lasts until it is repaired. For intrinsic armor, it lasts until the end of Combat and any relevant wound is healed.

This Artifact can be used as a knife. It is roughly at least twice as large as a knife and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.

Attack by rolling (Dexterity or Brawn) + (Melee or Brawl), Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +3 Weapon Damage.

You also gain the following effects:

• This melee weapon may extend for a single attack up to 50 feet away. Retracting back into its usable size is a Quick Action.
• Mjolnir: You may call your weapon back to your hand as a Quick Action if it is within 50 feet of you. Can only be used on melee weapon that you have wielded in the past hour.
• Pin: If you Injure a target with an Attack, you may choose to leave your weapon. If you do, the target is “pinned” to that location until the weapon is removed. Removing the weapon increases the Severity of that Injury by 2.

This Artifact can be used as a thrusting sword. It is roughly at least twice as large as a thrusting sword and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.

Attack by rolling Ninja + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +8 Weapon Damage.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Call of the Flame: Gaia must roll their mind to take notice of people's words/pleas during combat. Upon a fail/botch, their words go on deaf ears.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

You also gain the following effects:

• Bastard: You may spend a Free Action to change this melee weapon’s base stats into those of any other basic melee weapon. Changing this weapon's base type affects its size, range, Weapon Damage, and roll.
• Blade Breaker: If you successfully Defend against a melee attack or if an opponent is unsuccessful at Defending against your melee attack, you may break your opponent's weapon.
• Mjolnir: You may call your weapon back to your hand as a Quick Action if it is within 50 feet of you. Can only be used on melee weapon that you have wielded in the past hour.

This Artifact can be used as a thrusting sword. It is roughly the same size as a thrusting sword but can be collapsed into Bow tie and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.
