Dominic's paranoia has lead to him to develop yet another means of redundant detection that goes beyond the pale of normal reason. By syncing a computer to his personal biometrics he can probe for others watching him by sync'ing to the nanomachines they breathed in through the chemtrails in the air. Once that's done, he knows where they are, and if he tunes it correctly he can even pair with a single watcher outside of range.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Tapping on the computer to input his specific biometrics and syncing the machine with his personal nanomachines. You must actively and obviously use A computer to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You automatically detect all Beings watching him with malicious intent within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
Even while this Effect is not active, if any Beings watching him with malicious intent come within 300 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.
You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with firearms.
+2 dice to all firearms rolls.
You also gain the following effects:
Thin tendrils of powdery-looking, inky-black shadows appear on Jenny's skin, covering her hands from the base of the fingernails up to the wrists: the shadows slowly move to an inaudible rythm if observed for long enough.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: Monarch shadowspawn. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted. Your Brawn is increased by 1 and your Perception is increased by 1.
The Severity of any Injury caused by radiant light (e.g holy light, laser beams, sun-themed spells and effects) is increased by 2.
With a bit of time examining, touching, and tapping a building he uses his architectural knowledge to learn the layout of the area he's in. Mapping it mentally floor by floor both below and above him.
-----------------
In his time as a construction worker, he's built a couple of dozen homes, repaired roads, and helped out with even more projects for a contract. Taking this knowledge and expanding it he's started to gain an almost uncanny sense of how a building is made, what rooms it has, and the measurements of everything. He's experienced enough to know how it would look in a 3D sense, turning and rotating the model in his head like a computer program and mapping structural integrities as well.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 500 feet At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
You learn the following information about the area:

Exposure rolls are a Body resistance roll at Difficulty 6. Protective measures can reduce the Difficulty by 1 or 2, and specialized environmental adaptations or self-contained environments (such as a space suit) can exempt Contractors from making these rolls entirely.
Poor Outcomes on this roll incur a stacking Exposure penalty that reduces all dice pools. This penalty stacks with Stress and is not reduced by Effects that reduce Stress.
Botch: Exposure increases by 2
Failure: Exposure increases by 1
Outcome 1-3: Exposure increases by 1 unless you Exert your Mind
Outcome 4+: No additional Exposure
Exposure cannot exceed -3. Whenever Exposure would increase beyond -3, you gain a minor Battle Scar or a Severity 1 Injury as decided by the GM.
Acute Exposure: Contractors must roll Exposure at the end of each Round. Once removed from the environment, Exposure penalty decreases by one level each minute.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within 20 feet of you.
You create a hemispherical dome of flying insects originating at the chosen Location, with a radius of 20 feet, and lasting for 5 minutes. The area inside your zone is affected in any number of the following ways:
The user pulls one of three stored up items from his sleeves.
Spend a Quick Action. You must actively and obviously use Sleeves to activate this Effect.

You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
The detective can learn a lot by watching someone for a minute. Each subtle detail, every unexplained stain, reveals something about where the target has been. Ocassionally, they'll drop a business card, or explain how to contact them. The detective is listening.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target does not know you're watching them. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Investigation at Difficulty 6.
You learn a single specific piece of information, chosen from the following list, about your target:
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.
You cannot investigate the same target more than once per day.
The Ninja is a master at blending in to any crowd or organization. If they can find complete privacy, they may channel their ninjutsu to temporarily create the illusion of any outfit or uniform they desire. The new clothes shimmer into existence over their existing garb over the course of a minute of meditation.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance must have a similar sex, age, and race to your own. You cannot significantly change your height and weight. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
You cannot alter the appearance of your flesh and blood.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien, Non-Sapient, Animate target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is undead.
For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.

The doctor heals severe injuries in minutes using only standard medical supplies. Lacerations seal under the needle and thread, and reset bones can be used shortly after.
However, for the treatment to last, the patient must adhere to any aftercare regimen the doctor requires. Those who violate the doctor's orders suffer their injuries anew.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use basic medical supplies to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition. Lasts until the end of their next Contract or 1 month for non-Contractors.
This witch is a cruel and vengeful creature who works her vile arts against those she deems worthy of punishment. All she must do is point. A flash of green lightning strikes her victim and disappears. Immediately, or upon the completion of some condition, if the witch chooses, the victim's body warps and shifts into a gross mockery of its former self. Whether she's giving someone the head of a donkey or stealing their voice, the witch's enemies always get what is coming to them.
The sheer wickedness of this spell corrupts the witch, giving her a disgusting, witchy appearance.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.

When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Witchy Appearance. You have a long, warty nose and chin, wrinkled skin, and a hunch back. Social rolls are at +2 Difficulty, and your free movement is reduced by 10 feet.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Compulsion for payback. You must roll Self-Control to avoid using this Gift on anyone who wrongs you in a major way.
