Fletcher has gained the ability to actually heal instead of just assisting the bodies natural healing. He still isn't able to fully grasp the magical and supernatural aspect of this ability however and still requires the use of a medical kit to heal.
Fletcher spends a minute patching and sanitizing the wound. Once finished he instructs the patient to never intentionally harm him. Usually just meant to scare them into not harming him but now his will is put into his healing, reversing the treatment should they ever disobey that order.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 Minute treating a specific Injury on a Living target. Roll Intellect + Medicine10 - 3. Each Success reduces the Injury's Severity by one. If you can reduce its Severity to zero, the wound is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and fully, Properly Stabilized. It will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate. Difficulty
