The Werewolf unleashes the beast within, quickly transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf with a series of bone-popping snaps. Their head is replaced wholesale with that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Grey fur sprouts from a great deal of their body, and tight-fitting clothing is often ripped and torn in the transformation.
If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1 and your Dexterity is increased by 1.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Bonus Damage and Brawn does not act as Armor against them.
You do not suffer wound penalties while in your Alternate Form.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: you are compelled to transform each time you are struck by moonlight.
You cannot speak any coherent verbal language and must resort to other means of communication.
A Techno-organic eyeball reminiscent of a falcon eye glows slightly in dim lighting. during active use in combat situations the eyeball sprouts 4 metallic spider like legs and hangs out side of the socket using the legs to maintain its protruding position and rotates freely and rapidly to rapidly feed information to the combatant.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Left eye.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
Your injuries burn shortly after taking them, scabbing quickly and stabilizing. Over the course of a day, battle scars heal back.
Liv found a particularly tough and resilient demon, summoned it bound it, and ate its heart in a ritual designed to transfer its ability to recover to her.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Any Injury you receive from a source other than 'a weapon blessed by a priest, monk, rabbi of any religion heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every 6 hours. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.
As long as at least half your body remains intact, you cannot die and remain at Incapacitated, regardless of how many Injuries you take. It is clear to observers that you are still alive.
All Injuries you receive are considered Properly Stabilized. You may also choose to heal any Battle Scar on yourself that may not have been caused by an Injury. Doing so takes one day, and the Battle Scar affects you fully until that time.
Injuries you receive from 'a weapon blessed by a priest, monk, rabbi of any religion are increased in Severity by 1.
Arthur bites his teeth together, he can feel the blood running down into his mouth but that will not stop him from giving it his best.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Stress from Injuries and Mind Damage is reduced to 0.
The user gives a command in form of a brief, spoken, question, ex: "Have you considered taking a nap?" or "Shouldn't you miss?". As the question is spoken, time seems to stop. Cracks form in the naked air around the target as reality struggles to maintain its cohesion and the target's head is briefly surrounded by two-dimensional tentacles, reaching from these cracks to caress their scalp. Against the linear flow of time and the laws of causality these unnatural thoughts take shape and the target is convinced to ponder the stated question and follow the suggestion within as quickly as possible.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in Rounds. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Reality breaks.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Stress ever exceeds 5.
With the clap of Mort's hands, "Chuckles" crawls out of the ground. His paint is smeared with gore, his innards leaking ever so slightly out of his multi-colored waistcoat. He's capable of slight speech, although all you'll get out of him is bad jokes.
Chuckles acts completely separately to Mort and therefore cannot take commands from him unless he makes a Cha+Influence roll (Difficulty 8). Every 30 minutes he is active, Chuckles must attack somebody. He prefers to target civilians over the supernatural, they apparently "taste funny". He cannot be dissuaded from attacking a person, a Cha+Inf roll can be made to try to convince him to switch targets though.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single Chuckles The Maneater at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM and will not necessarily obey your commands. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
The aquamancer channels a nearby source of water into a flexible whip, which can be used to attack or to defend.
Spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use at least a gallon of water to activate this Effect. Roll Dexterity + Athletics Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.

Warning: not fully tested on humans. Risk of dry mouth, upset stomach, or lost limbs. Do not consult your doctor before signing the liability release.
Exert your Mind and spend eight hours. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you cause a major Battle Scar instead of an augmentation. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
The Witch wiggles her fingers at her broomstick, and it leaps from the ground with a whoosh of wind. She may then hop on and fly around. It’s so fun, she often finds herself cackling uncontrollably.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a broom to activate this Effect. This Effect remains active for two hours.

You may ascend into the air and fly using your mind. Your Free Movement is Mind x5 feet/Round, including vertically. You cannot Dash. When sprinting, roll Mind and add your rating in Mind plus 1 to the outcome, multiply by 5 to find your sprint speed. Your encumbrance limit is 10 lbs per point of Mind.
You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:
