Description
The Goblin King was born with an additional supernatural layer to their perception, allowing them to see the true nature of things, as well as enhancing their natural perception of the world around them.
System
Passive, always in effect. Your Perception rating is increased by [[perception-bonus]]. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
A given Contractor may have a maximum of one Mythic attribute. This Power can only be taken by Contractors who have purchased the fifth level of Perception.
Enhancements
- Slow Time (You may substitute your Perception as the Attribute for any rolls made for Reactions.)
- Clear-Sighted (If you see an illusion, disguise, or other false reality, you recognize it as such but cannot immediately see through it.)
Drawbacks

(A marking or physical trait is the source of your power. Losing it removes all benefits for the next 2 months. If someone witnesses you using this Effect, they get a Perception check to determine the source of your power.)
