Description
While giving a speech, the Politician may send secret messages to someone which cannot be heard by anyone else in the crowd or listening from home. The only indication that anything is happening is the use of the telltalle Clinton-style thumb point.
System
While giving a speech, spend an Action and Exert your Mind to send a message to an individual at any distance. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or location. The message can be no more complicated than a few short sentences or a tweet, and you must make the Bill Clinton thumb point while sending the message. If you are being televised, you may use this power with no exertion cost.
