Feeling like his bite wasn't strong enough before to deal with a supernatural grandma, and nearly dying, Mako pushed his teeth to the limit, sharpening them enough that they now glimmer with a rainbow sheen, for some reason, and working more on maneuvering with his giant teeth, allowing him to do hit and runs with his teeth while mangling any armor that will keep him from the next meal.

You gain the following benefits as long as as long as Only applies to body part weapons and you are engaged in combat with Knives.

Your attacks with Knives deal +3 Bonus Damage. Armor is fully effective against this damage.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Fancy Footwork: You may move your full Dash distance and attack with your Melee weapon in the same Round without penalty. You may also split your movement before and after your attack.
  • Shredder: If you successfully hit your target, the value of any armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. This penalty lasts until the armor is repaired.

  • Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with katanas.

+2 dice to all rolls with katanas. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using katanas.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Falling Crane Strike: If you move and then make a successful attack against a target closer than the full distance you could have moved, you may choose to travel the excess movement in a straight line beyond the target.
  • Quick Draw: You may draw and equip yourself with any melee weapon on your person or within arm’s reach as a Free Action, as long as it is not being wielded by someone else.
  • Sheathing the Sword: When you would Clash with an opponent, before the dice are rolled, you may opt to have both sides deal full damage. If you do, your attack roll is at -2 Difficulty.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Fists.

+2 dice to all rolls with Fists. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Fists.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Dismember: If one of your attacks causes a Battle Scar, you may choose for it to be some form of dismemberment, depending on the Severity of the Injury you caused.
  • Heavy Strikes: If you are attacking with a blunt weapon, if your attack causes an Injury you may choose to knock the target down and back 15 feet. Standing up is typically a Quick Action.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Bludgeoning Weapons.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding more than one melee weapon, you may Attack with all using the highest Weapon Damage, plus 1 for each additional weapon. If you reserve a weapon, any Clash or Defend roll you make is -1 Difficulty, and mob penalties are ingored.

  • Finesse: When Attacking a single being, you may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.
  • Grip Discipline: You cannot be disarmed against your will by Minor, Major, or Severe Battle Scars, physical Actions, environmental conditions, botches, or Effects. Your weapon may still be destroyed.
