OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

As a Tenko, he is no longer entirely dependent on offerings to survive and can now use those blessed offerings in order to share his bounty with others. Though it does little to alleviate their need for sleep, once you are blessed by the kami food, water, and even air become distant memories of requirements. All you need do is supplicate yourself before the divine, and you will find the mortal concerns of sustenance a thing of the past.
Spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach. You must use up An offering made in Leon's name in order to activate this Effect.
For the next week, your target does not require any food, water, or air.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Isaac’s body has become gaunt, pale, wasting away. Despite that, he has no need of mortal necessities, like food or rest. He will still eat and drink but only for the joy of sensations and flavours.
Isaac is now sustained by his own lively essence and the spiritual energies that linger around him.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You no longer require any food, water, sleep, or air in order to survive. Any roll to resist an Effect dependent on any affected requirement automatically succeeds.
- In lieu of sleeping, once per day you may spend one hour meditating to recover a Mind Damage.
Hardiness
Returning to Project Titan, Jason can now extend his need for basic human needs. Nanites inside his body prolong the cells need for food, water and air.

You may go five times longer than a normal human without food, water, sleep, and air. Any roll to resist an Effect dependent on any affected requirement is made at -1 Difficulty.
Undersea Explorer
The dark depths of the ocean are inhospitable for most... but not for you
While submerged, the aquamancer can fully sustain themselves from the waters around them, entirely forgoing food, drink, and even air. They may also enter a state of hibernation, remaining underwater and incapacitated for up to two months.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are submerged in water.
You no longer require any food, water, or air in order to survive. You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail. Any roll to resist an Effect dependent on any affected requirement automatically succeeds.
You may spend one minute entering a state of hibernation, during which you are inanimate and unaffected by any requirements for life. You may still perceive the outside world and may spend 3 Rounds "waking up" to end it.
- In lieu of sleeping, once per day you may spend one hour meditating to recover a Mind Damage.
The Blessing of Loaves and Fishes
Through their faith, the priest is able to stretch bread or fish to extreme lengths, feeding a seemingly endless number of people from meager supplies.
Spend an Action. Select a Animate target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use bread or a fish to activate this Effect.
For the next 24 hours, your target does not require any food, water, or sleep. Any attempts to age your target fail. Any roll to resist an Effect dependent on any affected requirement is made at -1 Difficulty.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.

- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
