The slightest serious wound on Mothman, cuts through his skin like tissue paper, spilling guts and slime everywhere.
A minute later, he may stir, or not. Shaken by the awareness of his recent death and the mental reckoning of another body shoved into it's place, one from another universe. Mostly similiar, but one where the wound was much less severe.
Exert your Mind and Spend an Action to activate.
You transform into your own corpse no larger than an SUV for one minute. While transformed, you cannot move or take Actions. You can perceive your surroundings. You can be targeted as a Non-Living, Sapient Object.
If you are damaged while transformed, the damage is realized when you return to normal. If you are damaged before you transform, your inanimate form will appear partially damaged.
The consequence of repeated experiments upon himself, gene-splicing has hardened his flesh to the point where it's comparable to some low-grade metals.
A few weeks after the initial rounds gene-therapy, an unintended side effect was finally realized. A small organ had formed next to his small intestine. It possessed something akin to a pulse, beating a half a dozen times a minute.
It's function was simple enough. It generates trace amounts of electricity, stockpiling it within Morgan's epidermis. Upon a predator striking him, a shock is sent out to try to dissuade them from attacking again. After retaliation, the organ skyrockets to 24 BPM to rebuild it's stockpile.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 3 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
When you take Damage from a source which is within 5 feet, deal back as much Damage as your Armor prevented.
You are a living jar, your body is round and bulky, which can be a hindrance at times. Your insides are also vulnerable if your jar is shattered.
“Though the jars are brought to life by human flesh and blood, they are all rather kindly folk. Perhaps they were made to be better than their innards. Their fragments command a high price due to the magical power locked within. This leaves the living jars unfortunate targets for poachers.”
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: No head, jar body, digitigrade legs. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living being when targeted..
You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
No single organ in your body is critical for life. Called Shots do no additional Damage to you. You may perceive the world through separated body parts, take Actions with them, and reattach them by spending an Action and Exerting your Mind.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time. You do not age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.
The Severity of any Injury caused by blunt weapons is increased by 2.
Mountain Spirit’s Leap
When Stinky Pete focuses his mind to teleport, his form becomes momentarily blurred, like a mirage dancing on the mountain wind. His eyes glaze over as he attunes himself to the earth beneath him, feeling the ancient paths and hidden routes that only he can sense.
As he exerts his Mind, the very ground seems to respond, sending tremors through the soil, and his form flickers, bending reality as if nature itself is plucking him from one spot and dropping him elsewhere. To an observer, it’s like he vanishes into thin air with a gust of wind and reappears where he intends, the faint sound of shifting stones accompanying his arrival.
If in a mountainous area, this ability becomes even more dramatic. The mountains seem to call out to him, their ridges and peaks aligning in his mind like a vast interconnected web. For one minute, as he traverses the rocky terrain, each step resonates with an ancient power. When he decides to jump, there’s a sudden, sharp pull as the very fabric of the mountains folds, spitting him out at the edge of another range, no matter how distant. The terrain doesn’t just connect; it becomes an extension of his will, bending space and time as if he were an avatar of the mountains themselves.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Location within your line of sight.
You are transported directly to the chosen Location. Anyone who is touching you as you Travel will be brought along with you. You must wait an hour before activating this effect again.
If you traverse any Mountains for one minute, you may activate this Effect and travel to the edge of any other Mountains that you’re aware of, regardless of range.

While in Rainforests, heat, cold, pressure, radiation, and other native hazards do not affect you. Dangerous local flora and fauna will not bother you unless you give them a reason.
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.
You cannot ignore or decrease the effects of Stress for any Self-Control rolls you make.

For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.

Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
The influencer is 100% tuned-in to any sort of chatter about themselves. Any time someone nearby so much as whispers about them, they know who they were and what they said.

The Witch wiggles her fingers at her broomstick, and it leaps from the ground with a whoosh of wind. She may then hop on and fly around. It’s so fun, she often finds herself cackling uncontrollably.
Flight is brief but quick, and she must return to the ground in one minute.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a broom to activate this Effect. This Effect remains active for two hours.

The Blademaster is so attuned to blades that they may manipulate any bladed object at a range simply by willing it. Observers see translucent spider-silk connecting the Blademaster's fingers to the blade, allowing them to puppet it.
You gain the following benefits as long as the target object has a cutting edge.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 2 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 2 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.
Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
Come one, come all! Stand in amazement and behold as the Fire Eater consumes a flame as if it were cotton candy! Gasp with fright as they breathe a plume of fire a great distance! And yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is quite dangerous.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: perform a fire-breathing trick. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you take a Severity-4 Injury as the fire burns your throat. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a fire in a residential fireplace at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
