The small charm opens its mouth to reveal rows of sharp, broken, wooden teeth as it snaps hungrily at the nearest extremity as it exclaims "Feed me!" and attempts to satiate its unending hunger for blood. For those willing to part with some of their vital essences willingly though will find that it comes with its boons. Once the spirit is temporarily satiated it can use its power to call upon the nature spirits in the area. The Kodama that answers its call are far more helpful than the spirit within the charm and will answer questions about the area to the best of their ability. Though their specialty lies in the knowledge of the supernatural, and the threats that they have to avoid within the area they can answer specific questions if asked and will usually render the answer out in the form of a minute-long play.

Exert your Mind and spend an hour. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.
Any Battle Scars you heal leave behind a Severity 2 Injury on your target that must heal naturally.
Dragons, naga, fey, and creatures of all types tend to collect and hoard. The problem is knowing about what is in your hoard, what they do, and what other beasts lay claim to your wealth. Now you can intuit that information by spending time with new pieces, studying and examining its exterior and underlying powers.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute to activate. Select a target Object within arm's reach. You cannot investigate the same target more than once per hour. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

The detective is adept at following the trail of culprits or missing people. Once they find an object touched by the target, they may focus their will to illuminate the trail of their target. By peering through any sort of magnifying glass, any part of the target's trail within eyeshot glows a bright, misty blue. Even the trails made by vehicles the target was riding in are illuminated.
Exert your Mind to activate. Select a Sapient target at any range. Activation requires possession of the target's dna evidence, which is used up during the process. You must actively and obviously use a magnifying glass to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Object or Animate target up to 40 feet away. You must actively and obviously use need to be in Sport gear to activate this Effect.
Targets are pushed back until they are 40 feet away.
This Effect cannot move anything heavier than 500 pounds.
Affected targets may use a Reaction and roll Dexterity or Brawn + Athletics to hold on to a nearby anchor, if available. A complete success increases their effective weight by whatever they hold onto.
Pushing a target straight upward requires you to be directly beneath them and halves the range. GM’s may ask for a Dexterity + Athletics roll when repositioning yourself around a target to get a desired angle. They may React to reposition or anchor themselves as normal.
You may select up to 3 targets each time you activate this Effect.
You may maintain Concentration after the initial activation of this Effect to continue the push on the target. Lasts up to one minute.
Targets that move and collide with a solid surface take 5 Damage.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Weak Stomach.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Food disorder.
The target looks at the user and see's what the user demands (Such as Greed or Lust). Others may see the user attempting to use his own looks on a target or on them as well.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6 -3 dice.
If you succeed, for the next minute, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
Come one, come all! Stand in amazement and behold as the Fire Eater consumes a flame as if it were cotton candy! Gasp with fright as they breathe a plume of fire a great distance! And yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is quite dangerous.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: perform a fire-breathing trick. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you take a Severity-4 Injury as the fire burns your throat. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a firepit's fire at your target. Extinguishing a fire does not cost Exertion. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 4 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be shredded by any Damage dealt, destroying material Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
The hacker can overload any electronic device by fiddling with their smart watch for a moment. The targeted device shudders and gets white-hot before bursting into deadly shrapnel.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a object that uses electricity within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). You must actively and obviously use a smart watch to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Technology Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.
The detective can learn a lot by watching someone for a minute. Each subtle detail, every unexplained stain, reveals something about where the target has been. Ocassionally, they'll drop a business card, or explain how to contact them. The detective is listening.
