Part of the void's makeup consists of collective unconscious memories of those both living and dead. It is a dangerous place to travel and Void Travellers such as Athena require permission to safely sift through it. In Athenas case, she has taken to offering up the token of birds which seems to appease the void goddess Khaos and many of her constituents.
However, occasionally, her offering is either inefficient or she oversteps her reach- to which the void demon's and deities will tend to punish severely.
Exert your Mind to activate. Select a Sapient target or a Creature at any range. Activation requires possession of the target's Any DNA of the target, which is used up during the process. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you If Athena is discovered, even accidentally, poking around where she shouldn't or if her offering fails to impress, either Nihil, Ruohtta, or Khaos will punish her by sapping away all of her strength and bestow the Enervated Battle Scar upon her.. You cannot investigate the same target more than once per hour. You must use up A token of a Bird (A physical portion, a convincing fake sculpture, or even a good amount of photos- the rarer the bird, the better. in order to activate this Effect. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 6.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Walking, Talking Rabbit - You are obviously supernatural when you do anything not so rabbit-like, and even when you are attempting to hide this fact, others may make a Perception roll, 4 successes revealing your supernatural nature).
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.
You are incapable of fine object manipulation and can only hold or grasp things in a crude, clumsy way.

When threatened by a weapon that attempts to do harm to Ricter, Kazarisu will retaliate by releasing blades of wind that target weak points on the object. Causing major erosion and physical damage to the item, rendering the weapon mostly inoperable.
This Effect activates whenever you've been attacked by someone welding a weapon. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a weapon within 300 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Dexterity + Crafts Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the target will be damaged, but not destroyed, and it may be repaired. Any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
By focusing, the Thief may shroud their hands in shadowy tendrils that seek nearby objects like static-charged hairs. They cast themselves across any surface the Thief touches, acting as anchors that allow the Thief to scale even the sheerest walls.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
The mystic can meld their aura with another, allowing them to superimpose their being, physical and mental, into a target. Observers witness the mystic fading and entering their target's body as wisps of smoke, leaving no trace of their own body behind.
While inside, they can control their target's actions. Affected targets have no memory of the experience.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. Select a Living or Sapient target within arm's reach. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you possess your target for a number of minutes equal to the Contested Outcome. The target has no control over their body or actions, and they are functionally unconscious through the entire possession, retaining no memory other than any Traumas they might obtain.
You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You cannot read the target’s mind or memories.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are not intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You cannot access any Powers or other supernatural effects which the target has, unless they are intrinsic to the target’s biology or physical body.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they may resist by rolling Mind. If their Outcome is higher than or equal to the contested Outcome, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body. Otherwise, they may Exert their Mind to evict you from their body.
The psychic can reach into another's' mind and pilfer their deepest memories. Doing so causes the psychic's nose to bleed and is exceptionally draining.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living, Animate target within 20 feet You must maintain Concentration while the effect is active. Roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
You are able to view your target's memories. The target is aware that their thoughts are being probed but not of the source of the probe. The Effect ends if the target moves out of range or your Concentration is interrupted.
You may ask specific questions about their memory - “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc - but you cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each question takes as long as it takes to answer to read. When replaying a full memory, it is replayed in double time.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your nose bleeding. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
The detective has trained their eyes to notice the smallest of details.

The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.

The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
