The Vermin King's body breaks apart into a swarm of Verminous creatures, from Rats, to Cockroaches, to weasels. The Tide of Vermin consists of Vermin native to the region, and can mimic normal Vermin behaviour.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You transform into A swarm of Vermin for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. It is not necessarily obvious that your transformed state is an unusual phenomena or that it is acting with singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that a rodent could fit through.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate, use equipment, or use Gifts while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. Carrying capacity is unaffected.
It's amazing what people throw away these days, and as an expert homeless man, you are just good at spotting the treasure in the trash. Anything you could ask for I just waiting for you and your well trained eye.
The activation time must be spent digging through trash of some sort.
What can be produced must be able to be hidden within the trash you are digging in to hide the fact that it is actually being created.
When the timelimit expires the item becomes "lost or misplaced" if not being watched. If it is watched, it falls apart into irreparable pieces. "Oh, that's why they threw it away."
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. You must actively and obviously use a pile or container of trash to activate this Effect.
Choose an Object which could fit inside a regular backpack (up to 27 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic. You cannot create explosives. You cannot create firearms.
Roll Perception + Investigation to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. The created item lasts 2 hours.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: kleptomania.
"Oh shit, a guitar!" A man runs up and grasps the pearl-white Ibanez Iceman lovingly. Covetously.
"Oh shit, a vessel!" he hears in his mind along with a chuckle.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you spawned minion attacks guitar.
Summon a single Groupie at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
Minions have 6 Body and can make melee range attacks with 4 dice to attack. Your minions can move 20 feet per Round as Free Movement, and double that when performing an all-out Sprint. They cannot dodge or Defend. They have dog-level intelligence, and cannot communicate back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 3 dice.
A portal opens in front of the user which vanishes as quickly as it appears after spewing a Guardian Angel.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

The werebear unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and bear. Their head reforms into that of a bear, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Brown fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werebear is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
If The Werebear is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a Werebear for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a Werebear, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1 and your Dexterity is increased by 1. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
Whenever you enter Combat, roll Self-Control. If you fail, you cannot choose which targets to attack and cannot stop fighting until there are no targets remaining.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Whenever you are struck by the light of a full or gibbous moon, you must roll Self-Control to resist transforming. Triggers a max of once per night.
Todd inhales a mighty breath his lungs swelling with power. He sticks a finger into either side of his mouth and releases a whistle at a pitch too high for human ears.
Only a second later Dutch his loyal black labs bounds into sight ready to fight for his owner.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: intense whistling. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
Summon a single Black Lab at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

Spend a Quick Action.

You may store units of water in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
The mobster knows a guy they can call for a hired goon, who arrives about a minute later. The goons are dumb as bricks, but tough nonetheless, perfect for sending a message when you need to keep your hands clean.

Summon a single goon at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

The beastmaster shouts, and their human voice cracks into a deep, bestial roar. Their body swells with muscle, clothes melting into a thick pelt of fur. Seconds later the beastmaster is gone. Standing in their place is a massive grizzly bear.
However, even in human form the beast within remains close to the surface, and the beastmaster finds highly civilized social situations unbearable.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a brown bear for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Direct, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.

Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
