Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6. The hacking roll and their defensive roll are both Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
The Contractor's face shifts. A black ooze drips from their eyes and mouth, which is mirrored on the target.
The Church of the Cleansing Soul brought to life a child, meant to be bear the weight of the world's pain to offer purifying of the mind and soul for any who stepped into the cleansing fire the child emerged from. As it turns out, a child's mind cannot hold the horror of eternity without venting that horror like a pressure pot waiting to explode.
They did not provide a big enough pressure valve. And they suffered for it.
Now, the Weeping Soul shares this agony with others, trying to find catharsis in seeing others burdened with their pain - not out of malice, but necessity and tantrum rage. It simply isn't FAIR.
Injustices that Trigger this Gift:
-seeing a Good Person injured purposefully or being injured accidentally and not receiving an apology
-a Good Person being lied to or lying

-a Good Person being stolen from or stealing
-verbal abuse (cursing at people, name-calling, general cruelty)
-anything that would make you a Big Meanie
This Effect activates whenever a valid target within range is witnessed doing something that would prompt an injustice roll from this individual if left unaddressed or resolved. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Charisma + Occult Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically.
If your Contested Outcome is positive, your target takes 1 point of Mind Damage and gains a new Trauma of your choice. The Trauma should be general and not specifically mention you. You should not have to be involved to trigger the Trauma.
This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see a small child bleed black blood from their eyes and mouth. This is not a normal child - something is VERY wrong here.
After all of his secret internet escapades through AO3 and Tumblr and weird forums and websites, Joseph now has a seemingly never-ending arsenal of knowledge of insane and traumatizing stories of any media type (ex: novels, fanfiction, doujinshi). When he describes these stories in detail, and he readily can because he remembers them all very clearly, it's exceedingly disturbing to others to the point it's traumatizing. Not only are the verbal descriptions disturbing enough, but when he speaks, a hologram screen appears in front of him. As he describes the stories, the projection will play the story like it's a show. Whoever witnesses it doesn't need to imagine what's going on -- They can see it for themselves!... All in full detail.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Human target within 20 feet. Roll Intellect + Culture at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a new Trauma selected by the GM. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Targets that receive a new Trauma are aware that you are interacting with them but they do not view it as an attack or view the resulting Trauma as malicious. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.
The user sprinkles a packet of human bone meal over the target as they flip through the ledger's pages to initiate the ritual. During the resurrection, the target's soul begins to manifest in the form of a faint, wispy silhouette above their corpse-- before proceeding to drift towards the chosen shackle like water flowing down a stream.
Exert your Mind, spend one minute, and select a specific place, person, or item within arm’s reach. Select a Dead target within arm's reach with at least half its skeletal structure remaining. You must use up a packet of human bone meal in order to activate this Effect.
Your target rises as an Animate being. They remember their past life and retain their same personality. They can communicate as they would have been able to in life. They may roll Mind, Difficulty 8, to resist any commands you give them.
The creature lasts until it strays at least 80 feet from the chosen place, person, or item or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Attributes are all the same as they were in life. Raised creatures have access to any Effects they had in life.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Got my Canines done when I was younger -- yeah, that's right. 24 Karat.
She rips her right canine out with her thumb and pointer. It makes an awful sound.

Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.

The pyro points a laser pointer towards a target, and a cat-sized-and-shaped fire springs into life, very clearly attracted to the laser. This flame cat can also be shaped from existing fires. While the pointer is active it remains in the shape of a cat, pouncing towards the little red dot. When the laser pointer is not active, the flames return to normal.
